[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is great as it has a spacious tub. It has all the modern features but would have apprecited if I could add water softener too. Overall, impressed with its design and performance.

I have had mine for about 3 years it was great until my washes become off balance ALL THE TIME and it takes hours to do 1 load. I know I am not over or under filling the tub. Sometimes I think it just fills and empties continuously. Junk I am so disappointed

i was really excited to get this washing machine. i had never owned one, i just had one at apartments i rented. i read reviews and was so happy to have a samsung washer. it worked great for two weeks until it started shaking and vibrating every time i would do laundry. sometimes it would just do a spin cycle then refill over and over. other times, the drum would hammer the sides like it was off balance. a tech came out and found that the pcb went bad. the washer is fixed, but i'm really disappointed with the quality and scared that i'm stuck with something that will break down again. also, they might have fixed the circuit board, but i'm still stuck with all the outward dents in the unit from the drum hammering the sides.

in one month this washer doesnt agitate on any of the controls listed on the right side of the control panel this includes quick wash , delicates, rinse and spin and self clean i got a half washing machine thanks samsung for this can i get my money back for a half a washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly surprised by this small but large washing machine. Because of the large 4.1 cubic foot load capacity, we are now washing fewer loads. The fact that there is no agitator makes loading even easier. A pretty cool feature is the soft close safety lid, no more having to double check that the lid is completely shut. There are 8 pre-set laundry programs but the bedding feature has to be the best. We have a small child in the house and the bedding gets washed a little more than the average. Combined with the large capacity drum, washing the bedding is no longer a hassle. Our old machine could not handle the large quilts so we had to go to a laundry mat. The vibration reduction technology of the washer makes doing laundry even quieter. This machine is saving us money all around with the energy savings features as well as less loads! I would highly recommend this Samsung washer to everybody.

This worked for exactly one year and not even a month yet I went to wash my blankets last night for the first time and it would stop mid cycle and beep four times I was a Samsung fan but over time every time we buy appliances from this crap company of a company something goes wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several washers in my lifetime, many really old models. So, to receive this and see all the many features, it was overwhelming. Being a dad, having kids in sports, washing has been non stop, especially during softball season with leagues and highschool. Also, having a daughter, towels and clothes tend to get washed more due to how many she'd use and go through daily it seemed. I loved the quick wash feature, due to forgetting to wash something and it's needed that day. It's much quieter than others I've been around, which is perfect to do loads at night if needed.

I bought this machine in 2021, less than 2 years old. The machine is very load now and sounds like a jet taking off. This is reportedly due to faulty tub bearings. Common issue with Samsung washers based on Samsung website, service people and appliance websites. The cost of repair is more than cost of new washer. Very disappointing. Better quality available from other manufacturers at same price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were long over due for a new washer and this one arrived just in time! I was very impressed with the bin size and cubic feet of space. The footprint wasn't much bigger than my old one but the capacity for load size is so much more! I could easily do 1.5-2x the load than with my old washer. Makes a huge difference when you are family of 6 and have loads of laundry all the time! The sweet little tune is a nice change from the annoying buzz from older washers too. It was a pleasant surprise when I first heard it! The only thing I wasn't super thrilled with was that the water fill doesn't start until after the door has locked, I'm used to starting the load, letting the bin fill and then adding detergent to load once the water starts to reach capacity but this one does not allow that. I typically use pods so it wasn't a big deal. I did notice I could pause the cycle to open the door but most of the time I would forget to return mid water fill. Aside from that minor change in my laundry ritual, I'm super impressed with my new Samsung washer!

i love, love, love my samsung washing machine model wa40a3005aw/a4 i sought out a machine that had all water level choices. this machine is by far the best machine i have ever had and i can make my own water level choice. i would absolutely recommend this machine as the only choice for a new purchase. it is a smarter, more predictable machine. it reminds me of the older, common sense, reliable machines when i was young, that were work horses... they just kept going and going and going!! i'm so excited to have a machine that performs like a work horse. read through the manual to find out all your choices and everything you want to know about the machine. i named it sung (victorious) and my husband or the dogs, let me know when they hear sung sing at the end of every load...
