I am very happy with the easy to use control! I have found that my clothes come out perfectly clean with about half the water and half the detergent I had to use on my previous one! I love the huge drum that allows lots of towels to be washed at one time! Also once it is done filling, the washer is very quiet which I appreciate! We have had a few problems with water splashing over the top of the drum and leaking out of the bottom of the machine however I do think we have figured out what the problem was. Keep in mind you don't need as much water as you would think! I do Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the machine non agitator. Do not lock the lock lid, but most likely due to some safety regulation. Does take longer to wash and average on the work clothes. Used to be nice to add stuff and chemicals as needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so very happy with my new Samsung washer! The inside provides about twice the space for clothes as my previous washer. I also love the minimal noise it provides when washing. Push button settings allow for quick and easy settings. I also really like the child lock setting that does not allow the washer to be opened once the cycle starts. My favorite cycle is the Bedding cycle. I have used it twice now and I can tell a big difference. My bedding, including my comforter, looks and feels cleaner than it has in a long time. The other feature I am very fond of is the Self Clean setting. I run it once a week to ensure there isn't any dirt residue or smell in the washer. Overall, I am quite happy with my Samsung washer and I am finishing my laundry in half the time as before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this washer. Firstly, It has large capacity, which makes it super easy to do large loads in one time. I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

Powering on, you hear a sound. You dial to what you want to wash , load your detergent, clothes and off you go. The different features are definitely an upgrade to what we had before. I like the singing notification at the end of the wash. Full capacity to wash a full load of laundry. I even washed our king size comforter with ease. Definitely, recommend this washer for easy of use!

This washer is quite and love the melody it plays when to let you know then wash is finish. The barrel wholes a large load and washes clean. The self clean is amazing, because it lets you know when it need to be self cleaned.

With three boys and a little girl in my house you need to be tough. And this washer is for sure! I also like all the options for cleaning cycles. Very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a washer/dryer set that I have had since my early 20s, I truly cannot state how much this washer/dryer combo has changed my washing experience. I am finally able to wash more than 4 wash towels at a single time, and I can finally leave my dryer in confidence knowing that the dryer will not stop until the clothes are fully dry! Even though my wife and I share lots of things in our marriage, our approach to doing laundry could not be more different. This washer however takes care of all of that with it's multiple preset washing cycles, really helping take some of the guesswork out of washing. Additionally, the large capacity means that we have not only reduced our washing loads as a whole as more clothes can properly clean in a larger set, but we can know properly wash our bedding! This is double checked by the extra high water level feature that Samsung has included. This means that when we wash a larger load we can ensure that the clothes are properly soaked and washed, but for smaller loads we are not being wasteful by filling the whole barrel when it isn't called for. And lastly, I have to say that with the vibration reduction tech that Samsung has included, I can now wash a load of clothes during my wife's shows without getting a death glare. It handles clothes wonderfully and is as quiet as one could hope for!
