Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Extremely quiet. Cleans great! Don't shake at all.
Self clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the self cleaning cycle. It is really helpful.
Dirty
Washer washes great but I’ve noticed that it flushes dirt residue/film out after loads. When a self wash cycle is ran it flows out all the debris into the washer drum.
Hello Adonis, We acknowledge the time you took to share your review of your Samsung washer, and we value the details you provided about its cycle behavior and tub maintenance. Residue or film appearing in the drum especially during or after a Self-Clean cycle can occur when built-up detergent, soil, or additives inside the washer loosen and flush out. Running additional Self Clean cycles back-to-back helps clear remaining buildup, and keeping the interior dry between washes can reduce residue. Crap machine
This worked for exactly one year and not even a month yet I went to wash my blankets last night for the first time and it would stop mid cycle and beep four times I was a Samsung fan but over time every time we buy appliances from this crap company of a company something goes wrong.

Too easily unbalanced.
I've had this washing machine for 4 years now. It was nice when I first got it, the laundry came out feeling really clean and the cycle didn't usually take super long. I learned pretty early on that it was a little picky about the loads being perfectly balanced but that usually wasn't a huge issue unless I was trying to wash a thicker blanket or more than like two towels. Fast forward to now, I'm married with 4 kids and 3 dogs so we are frequently having to wash bulkier loads and it has gotten to the point that if I can get a load completely through a cycle it takes around 24 hours, otherwise I end up holding it down while it spins or standing in front of it so I can turn the water off each time it tries to refill and then finally giving up and throwing items that are still very wet into the dryer to then go through that cycle multiple times. It is awful. It barely makes it through a half load of just my toddler's tiny clothes and right now I've got a pile of towels that it won't even start for. If you're single with mostly light laundry its fine but it is not for serious/heavy duty use. I am planning on switching to something a little less "technologically advanced" if we can't get this unbalancing act figured out.

Horrible washer always unbalanced
This washer is horrible. Always unbalances during washes and shakes really bad. You constantly have to arrange your clothes to get it to balance and wash properly . Samsung is not a good brand for appliances.
Hello Geee, Your feedback shows how important consistent performance and dependability are when using a washer for everyday laundry needs. Washers are designed to stabilize loads automatically, and when shaking or imbalance occurs, it’s often tied to how the unit is set up or how loads are distributed during cycles. Making sure the washer is level and that items are evenly placed inside the drum can help improve overall stability. This guide offers helpful steps to reduce shaking and improve stability during operation. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10007111/ If the behavior continues after reviewing the guidance above, we can help take a closer look at the full details of your refrigerator and discuss available options moving forward. PIECE OF JUNK
By far the worst washing machine ever made. Will not get through the spin cycle, just restarts the rinse cycle over and over and over….took a full 24 hours to finish one load. Shakes horribly and self clean is a joke…will off load dirt onto your clean load while washing. Trash machine for a trash company.

NOTHING BUT TROUBLE
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY BUYING THIS JUNK. THESE THINGS ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. THE BALANCE RODS HAVE TO BE REPLACED ALL THE TIME OR IT GOES OUT OF BALANCE. JUST 2 ADULTS IN HOUSEHOLD AND ITS A JOB JUST TO KEEP THIS THING GOING. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING MONEY ON BALANCE RODS ALL THE TIME.
Hi Robert, Thank you very much for your observation of our washer. Rest assured that we are working to improve our products and services with the help of your reviews. Have a great day, -Ernest-
Wast Money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has a limited lifespan of only 3 years; after that, a new machine is needed because the repair costs would exceed the cost of a new one.

The agitator is shaped like a cone and is very narrow at the bottom and I don't know if that's why but it tangles your clothes up in knots. It has stretched a couple of my shirts out to where I can't wear them anymore.
