[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this washer. Firstly, It has large capacity, which makes it super easy to do large loads in one time. I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO happy to switch out my old washer for this brand new Samsung washer. I love the updated look, the non bulky look to it. I love the lightness of the lid and that is closes so nicely. It was easy to hook up and move into its spot. The downsides to it are that, how my drain system was built the drain hose on the washer was too short, so I had to purchase another one and hook it together to stop water from going all over my basement. I also use the in wash scent boosters and the only option is to put that AND the laundry soap in then load the clothes on top, close the lid and start the washer. I don't care for the lid lock, I like the feature of being able to start the water as I load the clothes in. Also it is VERY difficult to get the clothes out of the washer, I am just shy of 5' tall and I have to hang myself over the side of the washer to try and reach the clothes. I mostly use the "Normal" wash cycle when I use the machine, it seems to do the trick with just a regular load of laundry. All in all , it isn't a bad looking washer and works well, just some of the features and the size of it are not the best in my opinion.

The first thing I noticed was how large the inside drum of the washer was. It also does not have the big agitator. The capacity on this model is truly amazing. It is enormous. This new technology is wonderful. I was able to wash a whole bunch of blankets all at the same time. The oxy clean powder was fully dissolved so I know the machine really got the job done. I used the bedding cycle and everything came out super clean. I really appreciate the simply console and use of this machine. For me less is more. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

I found out the hard way that my comforter would not fit in my old agitator style washer and I didn't really have the budget for a front load washer. This washer was the perfect choice for my needs! I can fit my king down-alternative comforter no problem, it even has a bedding cycle, in fact, there are 8 different cycles. You can even choose the water fill level, or let the machine automatically pick the best water level. I'm amazed how much quieter this machine is compared to my old agitator style machine. I appreciate that this machine is smart enough to slow itself down if it's off balance and gives you troubleshooting codes with the lights if there's anything wrong while washing a load. My laundry always comes out clean and a lot drier than my old washer, which leads to shorter drying times in the dryer. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations and has a lot more features than I was expecting.

Setup was easy, we love out deep bin tub since we can wash comforters and bigger bulkier items. There are so many settings on this model so no worry about not having a setting to choose from. The one thing we had to get used to was the musical sing song after it was done. My MIL didn't realize certain settings would cause it to rinse an extra time I til we pointed it out to her. She kept complaining it took twice as long as her other one did. We have to keep a downy ball to it fabric softener in since it doesn't have a designated spot like others we've used. It is quieter when washing so huge plus for us. We love the deep wash cycle since my husband's clothes are extremely dirty so this is the one cycle we use just for that. Now, the best feature is the quick wash. 15 minutes vs over an hour. Perfect for when you need something washed quickly and then use the Quick Dry cycle on the dryer to ensure you have your clothes washed and dried in under an hour. The multi-settings in which you can choose from are Remarkable and are set for your different types of care that your items need to be cleaned effectively. I typically use the Normal setting for my majority of my Family's laundry care needs. I will use the delicate cycle for my special needs items. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these newer top load washers need to be more specific on who can use these comfortably- I will not recommend this washer to anyone under 5'-4" tall. Even after standing on a step my husband built, I still have trouble reaching the clothes on the bottom. I now must use an extension grabber to remove clothes from this washer! The control panel is easy to understand and operate, it has 4 water levels and one automatic level. The noise level is nice and low, and it spins nearly all the water out of clothes making drying time less. I can tell it spins hard because my fabric softener sprays up on the bottom of the lid, it may be hard to see but I have shared a picture. The fabric softener dispenser is old school and expels the liquid using centrifugal force vs a water rinsed tray that comes with other models. Some of the liquid remains and this cup will need to be cleaned often. This model also has no liquid detergent dispenser so you just pout the laundry detergent right on top of the clothes. While I appreciate the child lock feather, it would be nice to be able to manually override it, for some simple pre-washing while the drum is filling. I know this was a feature on one of the models and I thought that was one I had ordered. This is a great get-it-done, no frills washer and I think would be great for large loads of dirty work clothes. I think this washer will be easier to keep cleaner than my old front load with that big gasket that was a mess to keep clean.

From day one we had issues with this washer. And the tech guy never fixes this issue. We had it for three years. All the light will blink and our load will lock right before the water drains. Tech guy they have come out he YouTube’s the problem and has yet actually fix it. Has already replace several things and still does Thai.

The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! Did I mention how quiet this thing really is? the only time I really hear it is when it has completed it's operation and it plays a melody to alert you it's done! Overall it's a great washer with alot of room for all of those clothes you and your kids may have A++
