The agitator is shaped like a cone and is very narrow at the bottom and I don't know if that's why but it tangles your clothes up in knots. It has stretched a couple of my shirts out to where I can't wear them anymore.

From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I could fit into my older model. To the different cycles of normal to quick wash and heavy. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/ The soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator. Even from close range is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.

It's simple, but has every option you need. I never needed nor used the complicated options for other washers. It looks sleek and high quality. The wash cycles are quiet and my toddler can sleep through the cycle signals because it's nice on the ears instead of a loud buzz. Easy to keep clean and cleans my clothes efficiently. I am very happy with this product!

I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

I love the different settings it has and the size of the wash drum allows you to wash a small load or a comforter without any problems. I also love that it can do a self clean! The quiet soft closed lid is amazing! My favorite washer settings are the quick wash and normal setting. Quick wash comes in handy when I just have one or two items to wash real quick. There is a "Acfive Wave" agitator with a fabric softener dispenser you can easily pour your fabric softener into which makes it easy because it dispenses perfectly. Under the lid (in the front) is a section to add bleach so that it dilutes and adds it to the wash without splashing. There is a self locking lid that can be paused in case you forget to add something to the wash by pressing the pause/start button.. Washing clothes is now something that I don't mind doing since I have purchased this washer. No regrets!

It also has a self clean function and a locking lid. I use the quick wash setting frequently, which takes much less time to run. Even when using the quick wash my laundry comes out perfectly clean. The ActiveWare agitator keeps my clothing and bedding from getting tangled. The machine rinse gets a lot of water out of all items that are being washed. I'm very happy with the washer, it works great and is quiet when running.

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

It really cleans the clothes good. The vibration reduction feature makes it quite with no vibrations. I have been washing on normal load with cold water and my clothes are still perfectly clean.
