[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this Samsung washer! It has a large capacity and that means less loads of laundry for me to wash throughout the week. It is pretty quick and quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I personally use the normal wash cycle with warm water the most. I have also discovered it if it is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come find it instead of continuing and damaging itself. I love the soft close lid and the fact that it has a lock while washing. That way my child can't stop it mid wash! I also love that it sings me a song when it is finished washing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer I absolutely love it! It is very user friendly and has a lot of great features. I love that is has a large tub so I can wash more clothes at one time. It does a great job at cleaning heavily soiled clothes. My favorite features are the child lock, alarm when finished, and the self cleaning. The child lock is separate from the lid lock it has to be activated and alarms you when the washer is being messed with while activated. When your clothes are finished it plays a nice little tune to let you know the cycle is complete. After 20 loads of laundry it notifies you that the washer needs to be cleaned and you can run a cycle in the self cleaning mode!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical about using a top loader where as in the past I’ve always used a front loader but I have to admit I am so impressed! This washer is far better then other brands I have used! I love all the options for washing your clothing including a setting for bedding and the soft close lid is a life saver when my children are helping with laundry. I am so impressed with how quiet this machine is and how quickly the cycles are done. I would like to mention that I am able to wash two large blankets or almost two full baskets of clothing at a time and this washer is super quiet! I love this washer and am so happy I decided to get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the new Samsung top load washer and are absolutely thrilled with both its features and performance- it's simply the best. We switched back to the top loading washer as we feel our clothes get cleaner, and we can better control the water levels. After using the washer for a few months, these are my top features: This top loader has 8 preset washing cycles. Pretty much a cycle for anything and everything! This washing machine is so straightforward that we haven't even opened the manual! The capacity is huge- 4.1 Cu. Ft. Because of this capacity, the clothes get cleaner. Plus, it's eliminated the need to run to the local laundromat when washing bedding. Double bonus! This washer has an extra water feature. With so many water saving appliances, it's hard to get enough water for a deep clean. But with this water feature there have been no more extra rinse cycles…. Finally- a washing machine that’s quiet. There are times when l run to check on the laundry and can't even tell if it's still running- that's how quiet it is! So grateful for this feature as laundry is often done when the kiddos are in bed. My last two favorite features are the soft close lid and self clean cycle. The lid is silent- no slamming noise and no pinched fingers, period. And the self clean cycle reminds you to clean the machine after 20 cycles have been run. It keeps our washing machine both looking brand new and smelling fresh. I love this machine! There is nothing that I would change and it makes me look forward to laundry day. I've already recommended to family and friends- it's that amazing!

terrible! Have had less than 3 years and it doesn’t spin out. Piece of junk.

This washer is horrible. Always unbalances during washes and shakes really bad. You constantly have to arrange your clothes to get it to balance and wash properly . Samsung is not a good brand for appliances.

By far the worst washing machine ever made. Will not get through the spin cycle, just restarts the rinse cycle over and over and over….took a full 24 hours to finish one load. Shakes horribly and self clean is a joke…will off load dirt onto your clean load while washing. Trash machine for a trash company.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY BUYING THIS JUNK. THESE THINGS ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. THE BALANCE RODS HAVE TO BE REPLACED ALL THE TIME OR IT GOES OUT OF BALANCE. JUST 2 ADULTS IN HOUSEHOLD AND ITS A JOB JUST TO KEEP THIS THING GOING. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING MONEY ON BALANCE RODS ALL THE TIME.

Washer washes great but I’ve noticed that it flushes dirt residue/film out after loads. When a self wash cycle is ran it flows out all the debris into the washer drum.
