[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer this year and I’m very happy with it. I like it because it’s wide enough with the middle tool that helps wash the clothes.

i am quite disappointed with this washer. it doesn't have a detergent compartment so you have to pour the detergent directly on your laundry risking staining your laundry. also it isn't quiet as advertised.

Died in less than 2 years. I've had other washers from other brands that have lasted a lot longer. This was very upsetting. I've been told the washer clutch needs to be replaced. It'll cost me more than what the washer is worth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical about using a top loader where as in the past I've always used a front loader but I have to admit I am so impressed! This washer is far better then other brands I have used! I love all the options for washing your clothing including a setting for bedding and the soft close lid is a life saver when my children are helping with laundry. I am so impressed with how quiet this machine is and how quickly the cycles are done. I would like to mention that I am able to wash two large blankets or almost two full baskets of clothing at a time and this washer is super quiet! I love this washer and am so happy I decided to get it.

Setting for HOT water can NEVER deliver truly HOT water...must always be mixed with cold **because of "greenie" Gov't energy restrictions** & there is no way to bypass. Clothes cannot come clean in lukewarm water. The anemic "wave" agitation is so WIMPY that, again, clothes--esp. linens--do not get clean in ANY temperature. The lid locks & cannot be freely opened unless you hit Pause--AND WAIT (a locking lid is ridiculous). MAJOR flaw is the extraction is hugely POOR--clothes come out soggy...the drum never really "takes off" powerfully. Even still, clothes come out strangely wrinkled. Cycles are absurdly long so cannot possibly do more than 1 Normal load in a morning w/2hr 25 min cycle. Energy-efficient concept is a joke. Also, during any setting machine moans groans stops starts pauses delays gyrates in the most odd and annoying ways. To add insult to injury, there is no way to silence the horrid bells, melodies, chimes. To be fair, my model does not come equipped with controls to silence, but there is no need for juvenile bells and whistles at all. I purchased this machine in June 2022 and plan to donate it to charity IF I can find machine that (even with c-g Gov't hot water interference) will agitate, extract and be silent. This one is a nightmare. No need for Samsung to respond...there are no remedies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this washer, so far it's amazing! It's super quiet, even when in that final stage of draining! The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! Did I mention how quiet this thing really is? the only time I really hear it is when it has completed it's operation and it plays a melody to alert you it's done! Overall it's a great washer with alot of room for all of those clothes you and your kids may have A++
