[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose the Samsung 4.1 top loader washing machine, I assumed it was probably smaller than all of the other models, which I didn't mind because there's only 2 people in the house. Sometimes I do my daughter's laundry to help her out, between her and her 2 children, their loads are not very big either. However, I was so wrong. I am blown away by how big the tub is! I have owned washers in the past that were "heavy duty" or "super load sized" but none of them were as big as this one! The first time I used it, I sorted loads first like I always do. Then I opened the lid to throw a load in, and couldn't believe my eyes! I can EASILY do double the size of loads I was doing in my last washer! I LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new Samsung Washer. It is so easy to use and I really like the additional options for loads that I did not have previously. I am a daycare teacher and I am always worried my clothes weren't getting as clean as I would like them too. With the Samsung I KNOW they are getting clean giving me piece of mind. I love that it is a top loader and the music is not annoying when the load is ready. I do roughly 6 loads of laundry weekly and this washer has made it a breeze. The washer itself is sleek and modern. I have only used the cold setting so far and have seen great results. I like that I can turn it on and choose what preset I need. I was amazed how clean my dogs bedding came out after using deep wash. I would recommend the Samsung to anyone who needs an upgrade.

Broke just after warranty ended. Worked okay, operated quite loudly. Seemed cheaply made, which turned out to be the case. Stopped spinning two months after the one year warranty ended, then stopped responding to any input. . Bought this for my son - should have stuck with the GE I use - that has worked for 8 years with no repairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just love this washer it is very quite and washes very well and the cloths come out very clean and fresh and not tangled up this is the best washer i have ever had and i love it it washes great it has very few features but i guess that is okay but i would want more feautres next time but it is okay for the price i paid for it but it is kind of small

This washer is quite and love the melody it plays when to let you know then wash is finish. The barrel wholes a large load and washes clean. The self clean is amazing, because it lets you know when it need to be self cleaned.

I've had this washing machine for 4 years now. It was nice when I first got it, the laundry came out feeling really clean and the cycle didn't usually take super long. I learned pretty early on that it was a little picky about the loads being perfectly balanced but that usually wasn't a huge issue unless I was trying to wash a thicker blanket or more than like two towels. Fast forward to now, I'm married with 4 kids and 3 dogs so we are frequently having to wash bulkier loads and it has gotten to the point that if I can get a load completely through a cycle it takes around 24 hours, otherwise I end up holding it down while it spins or standing in front of it so I can turn the water off each time it tries to refill and then finally giving up and throwing items that are still very wet into the dryer to then go through that cycle multiple times. It is awful. It barely makes it through a half load of just my toddler's tiny clothes and right now I've got a pile of towels that it won't even start for. If you're single with mostly light laundry its fine but it is not for serious/heavy duty use. I am planning on switching to something a little less "technologically advanced" if we can't get this unbalancing act figured out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a washer/dryer set that I have had since my early 20s, I truly cannot state how much this washer/dryer combo has changed my washing experience. I am finally able to wash more than 4 wash towels at a single time, and I can finally leave my dryer in confidence knowing that the dryer will not stop until the clothes are fully dry! Even though my wife and I share lots of things in our marriage, our approach to doing laundry could not be more different. This washer however takes care of all of that with it’s multiple preset washing cycles, really helping take some of the guesswork out of washing. Additionally, the large capacity means that we have not only reduced our washing loads as a whole as more clothes can properly clean in a larger set, but we can know properly wash our bedding! This is double checked by the extra high water level feature that Samsung has included. This means that when we wash a larger load we can ensure that the clothes are properly soaked and washed, but for smaller loads we are not being wasteful by filling the whole barrel when it isn’t called for. And lastly, I have to say that with the vibration reduction tech that Samsung has included, I can now wash a load of clothes during my wife’s shows without getting a death glare. It handles clothes wonderfully and is as quiet as one could hope for!

It has a soft close lid for a quiet effect when loading and unloading the bin. The machine runs so quietly with each different setting. It plays a sweet tune when a load is finished that is Suttle but easy enough to hear. I love the size of the wash bin and find it so easy to load an entire comforter. The water level selection is easy to navigate and set for each load and it has multiple wash settings with different lengths of time including a quick wash! I use the normal wash frequently and my favorite feature is the deep fill button available on any loading! I love this washer and am proud of my decision to purchase! The exterior is beautiful and it is very easy to operate!

From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I could fit into my older model. To the different cycles of normal to quick wash and heavy. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/ The soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator. Even from close range is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.

Powering on, you hear a sound. You dial to what you want to wash , load your detergent, clothes and off you go. The different features are definitely an upgrade to what we had before. I like the singing notification at the end of the wash. Full capacity to wash a full load of laundry. I even washed our king size comforter with ease. Definitely, recommend this washer for easy of use!
