[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is absolutely amazing. It is very quiet and it holds a ton of clothes. It is very user friendly and has a nice chime to it. My favorite washing cycles are normal and quick wash. I also like the self clean notification. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone shopping!

I am extremely impressed with the size of the drum and I'm able to fit so much more clothing into each load than I expected I would be able to before seeing it in person. The soft close lid is a nice feature and the washer is super quiet when running. I love that the machine has a self clean mode and it actually reminds you after 20 washes to run a self clean cycle. It also has a bedding setting which is great for my bulky bedspreads! Every load I run gets things perfectly clean, and leaving me with fresh smelling laundry. Also, the spin cycle gets everything as dry as it possibly could without using a dryer, which is awesome for things that you need to hang/air dry. When each load is complete, the washing machine plays a cute little tune. I couldn't be happier with my new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would only recommend this to tall people, or anyone over 5'5 so they could easily reach into and grab all the wet clothes after the load. This seemed like a nice washer. I liked that it had an agitator- but this washer is VERY deep and was impossible for everyone to use-I did like the simplicity of the available load options and the automatic fabric softener dispenser. This agitator washer is better than no agitator for heavy duty and dirty clothes loads. I did like the chime that indicated end of load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is nice. One of the cool things is that instead of a ding or loud beep, the washer actually plays a song. At first, I was wondering who's phone was going off. I had no clue it was my washer. The other thing is that it's pretty easy to use. I've used it several times with no issue. It's also not expensive. It's pretty affordable. The one thing I will say that's a bummer is that it's not a smart washer. I know it's on the lower end of price, but it would still be nice to have the washer alert my phone when it's done or something. Or maybe have it use Alexa or Google Assistant so I can check on the status if I left it on while leaving the house. Overall, good value and nice tune to alert you. Improvement recommendations would be. 1. Allow smart assistant/phone integration. 2. Allow you to select the tune that plays. Self cleaning is a nice feature as well. I used it when I first got it and again after two loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a very large tub. It runs very smoothly and is quiet. I like the little chimes of noise it makes as it loads and ends the cycle. I do wish the quick wash was a little bit faster. The lid is super light weight. I have had no issues with this and am happy to be a owner of it! I would recommend this to anyone else shopping for a new washer. It would be nice if this washer showed how much time remains on the cycle. I can say it cleans very well, and I enjoy the self wash cycle option. I have taught my 11 year old how to use this so it is very easy to operate. I would love to upgrade my dryer to match it soon! It has a large capacity tub, so it can handle those larger loads and blankets and towels. The water settings allow for water saver mode as well as the hot water energy saver also. Owned about a month and really proud of it overall!

broke already within the year warranty. heard a breaking noise like the gear and metal hit the floor. if you own it, might just want to set preset mode to standard only.

i am quite disappointed with this washer. it doesn't have a detergent compartment so you have to pour the detergent directly on your laundry risking staining your laundry. also it isn't quiet as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and dryer and they are great! Although they don't look like anything fancy they really get the job done and they have so many settings to customize your wash and drying cycles!

I am in shock that you can't turn the annoying end of cycle tune off. It's needlessly long and irritating. You can't wash clothes at night because the end of the cycle will wake everyone up.

i hate this washer and dryer, dryer stops in the middle of drying so i wake up to sour clothes, the door lock on the washer takes ten years to unlock, they both suck so bad i hate them
