[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is awesome in so many ways but the reason I love it is because of the amount of clothes you can do in a single load. You can wash several sheet sets and a blanket or two at the same time without the machine knocking around all crazy like a lot of machines do when you try to wash that much stuff at once. Most machines make a horrible buzzing noise to signal it has completed its cycle that's if it makes a noise at all but this plays a nice melody that isn't very loud but still able to be heard from another room. The only thing is that it has no smart features or the ability to had them via a smart adapter but even without them this still a very nice machine.

I am extremely impressed with the size of the drum and I'm able to fit so much more clothing into each load than I expected I would be able to before seeing it in person. The soft close lid is a nice feature and the washer is super quiet when running. I love that the machine has a self clean mode and it actually reminds you after 20 washes to run a self clean cycle. It also has a bedding setting which is great for my bulky bedspreads! Every load I run gets things perfectly clean, and leaving me with fresh smelling laundry. Also, the spin cycle gets everything as dry as it possibly could without using a dryer, which is awesome for things that you need to hang/air dry. When each load is complete, the washing machine plays a cute little tune. I couldn't be happier with my new washer!

i was really excited to get this washing machine. i had never owned one, i just had one at apartments i rented. i read reviews and was so happy to have a samsung washer. it worked great for two weeks until it started shaking and vibrating every time i would do laundry. sometimes it would just do a spin cycle then refill over and over. other times, the drum would hammer the sides like it was off balance. a tech came out and found that the pcb went bad. the washer is fixed, but i'm really disappointed with the quality and scared that i'm stuck with something that will break down again. also, they might have fixed the circuit board, but i'm still stuck with all the outward dents in the unit from the drum hammering the sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would only recommend this to tall people, or anyone over 5'5 so they could easily reach into and grab all the wet clothes after the load. This seemed like a nice washer. I liked that it had an agitator- but this washer is VERY deep and was impossible for everyone to use-I did like the simplicity of the available load options and the automatic fabric softener dispenser. This agitator washer is better than no agitator for heavy duty and dirty clothes loads. I did like the chime that indicated end of load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a very large tub. It runs very smoothly and is quiet. I like the little chimes of noise it makes as it loads and ends the cycle. I do wish the quick wash was a little bit faster. The lid is super light weight. I have had no issues with this and am happy to be a owner of it! I would recommend this to anyone else shopping for a new washer. It would be nice if this washer showed how much time remains on the cycle. I can say it cleans very well, and I enjoy the self wash cycle option. I have taught my 11 year old how to use this so it is very easy to operate. I would love to upgrade my dryer to match it soon! It has a large capacity tub, so it can handle those larger loads and blankets and towels. The water settings allow for water saver mode as well as the hot water energy saver also. Owned about a month and really proud of it overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I got this washer just a little over a month ago maybe less I've been wanting to get a washer for over 20 years in my house this is putting it off for a certain reasons but since I've done it it has me like so much easier for me I like all this functions I like the little musical tone in the end cycle and I was really just amazed from Samsung but I've always thought whirlpool and all them guys are you know top line but this is pretty much up there..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were long over due for a new washer and this one arrived just in time! I was very impressed with the bin size and cubic feet of space. The footprint wasn't much bigger than my old one but the capacity for load size is so much more! I could easily do 1.5-2x the load than with my old washer. Makes a huge difference when you are family of 6 and have loads of laundry all the time! The sweet little tune is a nice change from the annoying buzz from older washers too. It was a pleasant surprise when I first heard it! The only thing I wasn't super thrilled with was that the water fill doesn't start until after the door has locked, I'm used to starting the load, letting the bin fill and then adding detergent to load once the water starts to reach capacity but this one does not allow that. I typically use pods so it wasn't a big deal. I did notice I could pause the cycle to open the door but most of the time I would forget to return mid water fill. Aside from that minor change in my laundry ritual, I'm super impressed with my new Samsung washer!

Broke just after warranty ended. Worked okay, operated quite loudly. Seemed cheaply made, which turned out to be the case. Stopped spinning two months after the one year warranty ended, then stopped responding to any input. . Bought this for my son - should have stuck with the GE I use - that has worked for 8 years with no repairs.

Love that it has has plenty of room for washing big items like bedding. The controls are very simple. I can choose from four different water temperatures and four different levels of water. Love the the option to add an extra rinse cycle. So far so good , I absolutely love my new washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.
