[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a very large tub. It runs very smoothly and is quiet. I like the little chimes of noise it makes as it loads and ends the cycle. I do wish the quick wash was a little bit faster. The lid is super light weight. I have had no issues with this and am happy to be a owner of it! I would recommend this to anyone else shopping for a new washer. It would be nice if this washer showed how much time remains on the cycle. I can say it cleans very well, and I enjoy the self wash cycle option. I have taught my 11 year old how to use this so it is very easy to operate. I would love to upgrade my dryer to match it soon! It has a large capacity tub, so it can handle those larger loads and blankets and towels. The water settings allow for water saver mode as well as the hot water energy saver also. Owned about a month and really proud of it overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I got this washer just a little over a month ago maybe less I've been wanting to get a washer for over 20 years in my house this is putting it off for a certain reasons but since I've done it it has me like so much easier for me I like all this functions I like the little musical tone in the end cycle and I was really just amazed from Samsung but I've always thought whirlpool and all them guys are you know top line but this is pretty much up there..

Here are some of the features that make me look forward to laundry day: 8 Preset Washing Cycles: These preset cycles take the guess work out of laundry. Seriously, who even needs a manual when Samsung creates the perfect wash options? 4.1 Cu. Ft. Capacity: This washer is huge! I can easily fit bedding and towels- no more runs to the laundromat. And they get clean!

it washes and spins according to the sensors. i make sure all my clothes are in the washer evenly, nothing balled up. clothes are very clean and it spins very dry. i use cold to wash everything…please note, samsung’s cold water adds hot water. but it works for me. i read the instructions and follow them and i have no issues. you have to put your detergent in first, i use liquid and i pour it into the machine and put the clothes on top. very big and deep tub. this is a very good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience while using the new Samsung Top load washer, I have been very pleased with how quiet the operation is along with how clean my clothes are after washing! With the ActiveWave, Agitator really helped to reduce noise, I did not see the vibration like my old machine, and a side note, my bra straps, delicate shirts and straps did not tangle together. For the features, the Vibration Reduction Technology works by reducing noise and vibrations. On the machine, there are 8 preset washing cycles and I've been able to use them all. There is barely any noise, when the washing machine is running I can barely hear it! Overall, a great washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung top load washer is very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

Its a piece of junk The washet doesnt allow hot water washing, only luke warm. It doesnt drain all the wash water out b4 rinsing Lid lock is so u dont notice that water fill is not like normal. Water doesnt cover clothes. When washing comforters, the comforters have dry spots. Clothes smell worse after washing. Give it minus 10 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not sure what to expect and like some features but feel some key features are missing. First the size of the wash tub is impressive, I can fit two loads of laundry and large blankets in one wash cycle. The machine is not loud and seems to really keep clothes on balance. The knobs are easy understand each cycle and what settings you need. The clothes really seem clean, I mostly use the extra high water and heavy duty wash cycle for normal loads. I like the extra water to help the clothes feel clean. I also like the music tone at the end of the cycle that the washer plays. The most disappointing feature for me is not having a fabric softener dispenser and no way to add softener without baby sitting the cycle. I end up having to do an extra rinse and spin cycle at the end of every single wash. Also the time it takes for each cycle is double the amount of time my old washer took. To be honest I would not have purchased this washer if I had known that it didn't have a fabric softener dispenser. I used to throw a fabric softener ball in the wash at the start and it would do all the work for me, but that is not an option with this washer it just sits inside the ball and leaks all over the clothes at the end of the wash. I would highly recommend they add some sort of dispenser for future. In my photos are my old set and my new set. It looks so much better with the new set!

this washer has an end of cycle alarm that cannot be silenced, not good for sleeping family members. it spends way too much time trying to figure out what to do with the laundry rather than washing it. maybe 15% of the time it just sits there trying to analyze the wash. when i want hot water to wash and disinfect clothes for work i don’t need the washer to tell me that i should be using warm water. as others have observed, if you want hot water you have to turn off the cold water supply. unlike traditional agitators that twist back and forth to break down soil, the active agitator moves with the wash basket making it essentially useless. there is little if any traditional washer agitation. if you are washing lightly soiled or delicate clothes this washer will be perfect for you.

i like that i can put more laundry on it but i don't know when to put my softener since it doesn't have a compartment for it. once it's rinsing it's locked and i don't know when is the perfect time to put the softener. every time i opened it and it was rinsing there are no water on it. once i come back to check again, it's already on spinning mode.
