Weak agitation poor extraction never Hot water

Setting for HOT water can NEVER deliver truly HOT water...must always be mixed with cold **because of "greenie" Gov't energy restrictions** & there is no way to bypass. Clothes cannot come clean in lukewarm water. The anemic "wave" agitation is so WIMPY that, again, clothes--esp. linens--do not get clean in ANY temperature. The lid locks & cannot be freely opened unless you hit Pause--AND WAIT (a locking lid is ridiculous). MAJOR flaw is the extraction is hugely POOR--clothes come out soggy...the drum never really "takes off" powerfully. Even still, clothes come out strangely wrinkled. Cycles are absurdly long so cannot possibly do more than 1 Normal load in a morning w/2hr 25 min cycle. Energy-efficient concept is a joke. Also, during any setting machine moans groans stops starts pauses delays gyrates in the most odd and annoying ways. To add insult to injury, there is no way to silence the horrid bells, melodies, chimes. To be fair, my model does not come equipped with controls to silence, but there is no need for juvenile bells and whistles at all. I purchased this machine in June 2022 and plan to donate it to charity IF I can find machine that (even with c-g Gov't hot water interference) will agitate, extract and be silent. This one is a nightmare. No need for Samsung to respond...there are no remedies.
