Using this washer ensures clean, safe, and refreshing washing experience. From using other companies' washers, I always experienced my clothes wearing out so I've been very hesitant washing expensive clothes. I don't experience any such drawbacks when I use Samsung's washer. Given the overall performance and the price, I happily give 5 stars to this product.

It still cleans well, handles big loads, and is fairly quiet with intuitive controls. Lately, though, I’ve had to pause and manually rebalance the drum during the rinse/spin cycle or it thumps around. Not a deal-breaker, but it knocks off a star. Overall: reliable and effective, just be aware the spin-balance can get finicky as it ages.

Additionally, there are no unbalanced issues like we had with the other washer. The knobs and dials are all perfect, unlike the new washer of another brand that we purchased and returned. The best part of the washer and dryer I purchased, was the time frame I received my appliances, how quickly they were set up, and best of all, the features when the washer and dryer both shut off. You know when the cycles are completed when they play a cute song at the end. So happy with my purchases, and the communication I received all the way around with everyone involved.
