Delivered earlier than I was expecting despite of the busiest holiday season. And delivery people took care of everything well. The price is way cheaper than the other home improvement stores around our home. The other sells about $50 more for the unit and have to pay extra for water lines and old machine removal. Sams included free delivery, installation, accessories, and removing the old unit. Had no idea about that and I will forever buy from Sams Club in the future.

This one is quiet, I can relax when I do laundry. My old washer also had the sensing water level but it seemed like it didn't put enough water to clean the clothes. This one is great on the water levels and my clothes get clean.

My front load was mostly a nightmare with the only benefit being you could place a countertop on them. The ease of this top load far outweighs that benefit. It can be a bit loud but it’s fine, no agitator means my comforters fit nicely
