Delivered earlier than I was expecting despite of the busiest holiday season. And delivery people took care of everything well. The price is way cheaper than the other home improvement stores around our home. The other sells about $50 more for the unit and have to pay extra for water lines and old machine removal. Sams included free delivery, installation, accessories, and removing the old unit. Had no idea about that and I will forever buy from Sams Club in the future.

This washer is a workhorse, my wife loves it. It is quiet and it spins the clothes until they only need light drying. When it finishes it plays a delightful little jingle to let us know it is done. Love it!

Excellent value. Huge tub is a bit of a stretch to reach the bottom items if youre short stature. Works perfrctly!

Dryer dries really well washer Works well. This is a great duo. The two together get my clothes really clean and really dry and I couldn’t be happier. Happy with my purchase

This is the worst washer I have ever owned I can’t put into words how awful an experience it was. And then after having Samsung finally fix it. Temp fix it turned out. They have priced the four internal springs at a hundred dollars each you can’t even maintain it out a warranty.

I have had to return two units after a week. The first one had 2 service calls after the 3 load. They could not figure out what was wrong and I would have to wait for more parts. The second one would not unlock after the wash cycle was complete for over 5 min. Stay away from this product.

Lasted three years and then the springs gave out and we learned it would cost as much to replace them as to get a new washer. We now have a made-in-USA Speed Queen, which was more expensive but has the old-school washer drum without the springs and a decent 5-year warranty as opposed to most these days with the 1-year.

Hot water doesn't completely shut off. If you don't shut off the water supply during the spin cycle, your clothes will be wet, and you'll need to run the spin cycle again. I've been dealing with Samsung Service for almost 2 months now, and it's one run around after another. Now they're saying they're going to send me a refund check because no service is available. I guess we'll see. Very frustrating.

Would give zero stars if possible. Can't do a simple wash (two bath towels) without going berserk. Would literally thrash and crash so loud as if it were the apocalypse. Would always get the UB error, rearrange the two towels a dozen times. An entire 8 hrs would go by before it finally tires out and decides to rinse. Would take it out and smash it with a bat if possible.

This washing machine is one of the worst I have ever encountered. You can barely fit two towels or a few light T-shirts inside. As soon as it starts spinning, it makes incredibly loud noises—so loud you’d think it’s about to explode. You might as well sit back and relax because you’ll be glued to it, worried it’s going to blow apart at any moment. It’s so bad that I feel like I’m risking my safety just by using it. Instead of making laundry easier, this model only causes stress and frustration. Interestingly, my friend has the same washer, and he’s had to buy a new one because the bad experience . Honestly, I’d give this product a zero rating.😡 I Will not recommend for anyone.
