The clothes are burning hot even on Eco warm which is only one step above the coldest temp. And they are also still wetter than they should be which causes our entire laundry room to be damp. We feared getting mold. also be aware that there is no delay wash setting. It also default starts a normal load at an hour and 13 mins on warm in extra high water. It only increases with cooler temps. Kinda long to me. Can't see how extra long time at high temps, and extra wet could be energy efficient.

Love my new washer. Clothes are cleaner. No more unbalanced load banging around. Love the agitator had the Samsung impeller before. Glad I chose the same machine but with the agitator. And much more water to rinse properly. Old machine hardly had any water in it I think that made a big difference. It’s quiet, I wish I knew how to make the end chimes louder

The auto washer clean cycle is a nice feature, the anti vibration feature works great I like all the aspects of this washer and the price was a great bargain.

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. No matter how carefully you balance or sort the clothes, there is always some kind of issue with the washer. This one is quiet, I can relax when I do laundry. My old washer also had the sensing water level but it seemed like it didn't put enough water to clean the clothes. This one is great on the water levels and my clothes get clean.

Not much noise when running the machine , while providing a gentleness with minimal vibration in the area my washer is stored.

Bought for a new home after having in another home. Cleans well. Usually just run on normal cycle with warm wash on auto water level selected. The washer is now on the main living area. It was in the basement in our previous home. 3 stars because it is very loud especially the drain cycle. The pump is obnoxiously loud and vibrates. Also seems to run dry for too long. I wouldn't recommend this unit because of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it was an excellent TEMPORARY machine(roughly 3-4 months). After which the balancing springs became rusted/corroded and just simply worn out. At this point the washer had become useless really without risking it violently shaking itself apart like a brick in a dryer. I'm sure that once I get new springs in the washer it will WORK like it did when new, however the rust renders it an antique for good.
