The machine is a little over two years old and now has issues with water not turning off and continuing to run. The machine worked well up until then. If you choose to buy this washer buy the warranty because I don’t think this machine is made to last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can wash a very small load or a large load in it. It is a wonderful machine it does a great job of cleaning the clothes. It very quiet and vibrates very little when it is running. I would recommend it to anyone. I also like that it plays music to let me know that my clothes are through washing.

I have had this washer less than 3 years and already replaces suspension rods to heavy duty rods. Within a month, same thing. Very loud, unbalanced, moves around, very disappointed. The washer is large but you cannot fill it anywhere near 3/4 full or it will never wash completely. Cannot wash a load of clothes together (underwear, shirts, sweats). If the garments are different weights like a sweatshirt in with underwear and tshirts or it wull become unbalanced every time. I cannot tell you how many times i have had to remove sweatshirts or sweatpants, spin, remove from washer and spin the sweats by themselves. No use in having high capacity when you have to constantly break down every load. Buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long-time fan of Samsung products. When I needed a new washer, it was a no brainer to get a Samsung. I was pleasantly surprised that this model was available at the price listed. The capacity is huge with a deep tub, and it has all the features that I wanted. My clothes are well cleaned and the operation is quiet. I ended up getting a second one for a rental property as well. Definitely recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washing machine as a front load. We didn't like that design, especially since our laundry room is very narrow. When this washer was ordered, I thought I was getting an agitator-style washer but it turned out to be an impeller model. After using it for the past 6 months, I'm very happy with it. Loads do take longer to wash but clothes come out just as clean and most likely with less long-term damage. My only complaint is that the tone played at end of cycle cannot be disabled or changed.

I like how efficient it is with water while still getting tough stains out. The drum is a good size, and even larger loads come out evenly washed. Setup was straightforward and it’s been reliable with no issues. Overall, very satisfied with the performance and value.

Sams free delivery and installation are terrible. Delivery person did not speak english as far as I could tell. Said hello then nothing but grunts and smiles. No instruction manual came with the washing machine. He did not level the washing machine either. I asked him to but recieved only a smile and grunt. Try to call someone to get problems handled good luck, have talked to 2 different reps that can do nothing, except keep me on the phone for an hour.
