[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving my new Samsung Washer! It is so nice. It is a large capacity washer. My old washer was loud, and shook when it was on the spin cycle. This washer is so quiet compared to that old one. It has Vibration Reduction Technology+ and ActiveWave Agitator that helps reduce noise and vibration, which is wonderful. It has a see through top also. It cleaned all my clothes nicely, and even played a tune when it was finished washing. It had several different settings to pick from for different size loads, and more delicate loads too. I as m really impressed. I recommend this Samsung Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is pretty nifty. I love the glass top that allows you to peer inside. The washer automatically sets the water level to exactly the amount best suited for the size of the load which is super cool. So far the washer is very quiet, does not rattle at all and clothes come out clean. My only issues are that I am not a huge fan of the auto lock--I always am running back with a forgotten item and it is a pain to stop and resume. Also nowhere in the instructions does it say if you can use detergent pods. They don't really fit in the detergent dispenser which is disappointing. I called Samsung and they said pod detergents are fine but you need to throw them right in the drum and not in the detergent dispenser. The manual should really be updated to address that. The cycles seem really long compared to my old washer--usually over an hour! Otherwise, I am getting used to all the tech and it doing the 'thinking' for me. Recommend.

Since we have had this washer, it's done nothing but do what a washers supposed to do. The agitator works great in making sure all the clothes gets washed and comes out looking and smelling clean. The only compliant or issue I can make is how the loads get unbalanced. Have since learned using auto level and have had no issues. Great washer and great product.

I previously had a whirlpool washer that would shake the entire house when larger items were being loaded. However, this Samsung Set is probably the quietest set that I’ve experienced. We are a family of 6, needless to say, that I do a ton of laundry on a weekly basis. Samsung is perfect for this because it fits SO much stuff which has reduced the amount of laundry I do in a week! I like that it is user friendly and straight to the point. It has many options from “water level” to “temp” and even soil level. I also like that it has the option for delicate and bedding. The washer is large enough for a Queen comforter. Our whirlpool washer could not fit this size comforter. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye. I went with the white washer with chrome knobs. With our previous washing machine, I had to pour the detergent into the actual machine itself making such a mess, but this washing machine comes with a compartment for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach! Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the capacity of the washing machine. It was well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this Samsung washer! If you have a bigger family like me you do a lot of laundry. So far this washer has held up to the chaos. It doesn’t look very big when you open it but when you look inside there is so much space! I always worry about washing blankets but this washer can definitely handle the task. After using this washer for a while longer I am still satisfied with its performance. It has handled every load I’ve washed. I haven’t used the auto sensing because I feel like it doesn’t give enough water for some loads but overall it’s great!

just deleivered and hooked up in the house. my wife is very happy with this new washer. very quiet and large enough capacity for our family. samsung has been very reliable in all of its products so we will enjoy this washer for years to come. the controls are very easy to use and intuitive to understand. in short we are very happy with this purchace.

I love the fact that it has 8 different settings my favorite is Deep Wash I have a née born and keeping her clothes clean is my first priority and I also love Bedding/Waterproof I have a lot of sheets and comforters that can always use deep cleaning Compared to other brands I’ve used in the past they don’t compare Samsung has really put a lot of effort and work into these products..I love that when I’m washing clothes I don’t hear anything coming from my washer it’s silent the door doesn’t make a sound when it’s being closed and it Self cleans you can’t beat that at all I guarantee your old washer would never give you these options the fact that I can look through the window and see what’s going on inside is BANANAS I’m most definitely sharing my experience and happiness to my friends and family I Love my new Samsung Washing Machine

As a mom of a newborn baby and toddler it feels like we are doing laundry all the time and this is up to the job. I love how large it is. I can literally wash just about anything in here. With the amount of washing we have as a young family we needed a reliable, efficient and smart solution. After extensive research, it was evident that the Samsung 3200 Series Top Load Washer is definitely the leader in this space. Following the delivery of our new machine (the delivery guys were great and only took 20 minutes to get us up and running), it was time to give them a test drive. After carrying 4 baskets of washing down to our laundry room, we were amazed that the 4.5 cu. ft capacity was more than ample space finally reducing the number of loads we now need to do each week. The aesthetically beautiful design is great on the eye. We love the top load see-through lid (fitted with a child lock for enhanced safety) and the digital display with 5 temperature settings and 8 wash/rinse cycles, as well as the easy to understand controls which are both consistent across the washer and dryer in this series. We love the vibration reduction technology and the silence of the washer. Also, we all know what it likes when something doesn't work right - this product has a Smart Care troubleshooting function that you simply access an app and the solutions to your problems are there. In general, our family is really impressed by this amazing washer. Its design and performance are already reducing our water and power bills thanks to the larger capacity, and efficiency this machine offers. If you are in the market for a washing machine, look no further.

I also like the automatic water level feature so that the washer uses just the amount of water needed for each load. I also, like the clear lid so that I can see inside the washer while it’s working. Another feature I like a lot is the timer shows exactly how much time is left in a load. This washer takes a little more time to complete a load than my old one, though everything always comes out clean.
