We had recently started to experience issues with our old washer and dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. Two nice gentlemen arrived within the scheduled delivery window wearing proper protection. They came in, took a peek at the location with the old set, and prepared to execute. The entire process to remove my old set and install the new set took about 25 minutes with a tight turn and stairwell. After the install and allow the break-in cycle to complete, we started doing our weekly laundry. We were concerned about the machines' size as they had a smaller footprint than our older set. I'm here to tell you that the washer hides it's 4.5 CU FT well!! The capacity was ample for our needs, and the unit had a generous selection of cycles for our clothes. The machine is quiet, and we were greeted with a nice jingle that ALMOST made me happy about doing laundry . The buttons on both units make them easy to use, but I will say that you must read the manuals to understand all the features and button combos truly. We're happy about our purchase and look forward to years of clean laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received my washer and dryer last week and I absolutely love them. The first use was a run cycle and it was so quiet. The second use I washed towels and when I tell you , you could see the difference in how well it cleaned them . I also love how big the drum in the machines are. I am able to wash my king sized comforter with ease and it doesn't seem compacted in the machine. So far so good. I'll add more in the future if things change. Update So I've used the dryer weekly and it works great drying all of my clothing. Everything is completely dried when the cycle ends. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I dried my comforter it had to go 2 cycles before being completely dried. Other than that I really live the dryer. Update We love the washer. It cleans our clothes very well. My daughter said her white t shirts are like brand new. I love the self clean option on the washer it's a great idea on a large appliance. Another favorite feature is the quiet vibration. I never know when it's washing. When the song comes on at the end is when I remember I put a load in. The smart care app for the samsung products can also be very useful if you have to diagnose an issue. Overall 5 stars for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I would like to say we received this cloths washer at a discounted price to do a honest review on it, and I must say we are very happy with it even without the discount, If we needed to buy again without it we wood. We love this washer and all the settings make it so much easer to use, just pick your load type and set the dial and the washer adjust the temperature, the water level . it plays a little tune when its done, I can hear it from my train room and I know when to go put the clothes in the dryer. The ActiveWave agitator is fantastic. It also dose a test spin before starting to check for even loading so the spin cycle is Smoove running. it is quieter running then our old washer so I listen for the little tune at the end to know its done. It is just my wife and I so we use it to do three loads a week, the one setting I use the most is the Normal load setting. It sets the water level to extra high and the water temp. to Warm there is also a Heavy Duty cycle a Delicates, A Bedding and Waterproof, a Quick Wash, a Deep wash, a Rinse & Spin And a Self Clean Cycle that is great for cleaning without any cloths in it. The Water temp, and water level and Heavy, Normal and Light loads are also adjustable, if you want to do it your self without using the auto settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve always had top washers with agitators in the middle so this was quite a change! A change for the better! This washer is amazing! It holds so many clothes in one load! I was even able to wash my giant king sized comforter with no problem at all. It came out so clean and smelling fresh. No more running it through 2-3 times after taking it out to rearrange. It has many options and water levels to choose from. I love the spot to pour in the fabric softener and liquid bleach if needed to that it is distributed evenly. I would highly recommend this washer!

I believe my daughter thinks she is a fashion model because I have never seen someone change outfits as many times a day as she does. We usually end up doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more on the weekend, so when it came time to replacing our very old washer and dryer we knew we needed one that was up to the task. The first thing I will mention that I love, is the size. Samsung has done a great job in offering a lot of space in a more compact design. My biggest complaint about whoever designs standard laundry rooms in houses is that they are not big enough, and the appliances usually stick out to the door and make it hard to maneuver around. This washing machine is slightly taller and skinnier than our old one so it fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. The next thing that I truly appreciate is the noise level. It is basically non-existent. Our old washing machine sounded like a hurricane was fast approaching, the Samsung Washer is virtually silent. It also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time simple and easy. I also appreciate the ability to be able to see into the washing machine which is something with a top loader that you don't think about until you have experienced it. My only semi-complaint would be that I was under the impression that the washer and dryer could be set up with the Samsung Smartthings App, but instead you have to download the Samsung Washer App and even there it is limited functionality. After spending a while on the phone with Samsung, so far we have not been able to actually connect the washing machine, but can use the diagnostic tool. At this point, we don't have any problems for me to verify that that service is working, but it appears to be. It would have been nice to control the washer via my phone & voice, but I guess that could be more of a novelty anyway and it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

We installed the combo washer and dryer last week to replace our older unit. We like the large load capacity drum. The machine is also quiet which is nice since it’s not bothersome while running. I am going to set up the app so I can monitor and control it remotely. We also like that the control panel is easy to understand and operate. One of the most important features of this washer is the self-clean feature. We suffered in the past with mold and smelly washers, but with self-clean, you don’t have to worry about it, you just run it every once in a while and the washer will be as fresh as the day it was installed. The washer exhibits plenty of washing options for any family size and various washing activities. Whether you need large loads or short washes…the options are plentiful.

A bed set including sheet, pillow covers and the blanket easily fits in reducing number of cycles. There are plenty of options to choose from for short cycles, for delicates, and for heavy loads etc. the dial is super intuitive. Self clean feature is excellent keeping the machine away from the build up etc. I loved the feature where you could choose the level of water and the temperature of the cycle. Overall, Samsung is a durable product line loaded with features and elegant looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung washer is magnificent! It does an amazing job in cleaning in cleaning our clothes. But thats an understatement, never have I seen in my lifetime of 43 years a washer to be able to get out hair die from a towel but this Samsung washer, granted I set it for deep clean, it was able to save my favorite from hair die. Needless to say I was shocked! So I decided to throw in a few pair pairs of tan khaki shorts the I had written off but practically brand new but I had destroyed (or at least I thought I had) by working on cars with them and they had grease stains imbedded in them and no matter how many times I washed them the grease was always noticeable. I threw a couple pairs in and lo and behold the stains had come out. I have started joking around with my gf that she came and switched out my shorts cause she would always get on my case for wearing shorts that had car grease and lube stains on. Not anymore. And to top it off I don't even have to close the door the to laundry room when the washer and drier run, they are just so divinely quiet. I brag to my friends that if they have never used a Samsung washer that they need too, some of my friends look at my like I am crazy when I say that but it don't matter cause I am wearing my favorite best fitting in shorts when a few weeks ago my gf was trying to convince me to throw them away. And I wouldn't being doing the washer any justice if I didn't mention the unbelievable capacity, I was able to wash a queen size comforter with out a problem, which I used to have to take to the laundromat because it wouldn't even come close to fitting in my old washer. Oh and I almost forgot, it is mesmerizing and fascinating to stand and watch laundry being washed looking through the glass top.

I am 5 feet and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom. My clothes come out damp and that help my dryer run less time. One of my favorite parts about this washer is the cycle choices. There are cycles for every item I wash and it is very easy to set for each load.

We knew that this Samsung washer would be a huge improvement over our twenty year old GE Washer, but we we're blow-away, er, I mean washed away! The washer has a huge, 4.4 cu ft capacity, packed with the latest technology, simple to operate and allows washing every type of fabric safely, at any temperature and while saving water Doing our first wash was easy, as I actually read the owners manual! We packed in bedding from two king size beds, filled the soap dispenser and set the water to the auto fill level. As we starred at the washer filling up and like magic the washer filled to the perfect level for the wash. In an hour, we heard a musical tune coming from the laundry room and it was the washer signalling that our load was done. When we pulled out the bedding, we found that the bedding wasn't all twisted into a huge ball,. as this washer uses a different method than the conventional style washer. Getting these clothes washed this way, saved untwisting the wet mess of clothes and made for faster drying times. We've done four loads of clothes in the week that we've had the washer and there's so many things we love about it. It's so quiet, uses less water, doesn't twist clothing into a big ball and is a total pleasure to use. We'll continue to give updates on the washer as time goes on. As a final note, we've been so impressed with the features and quality of the Samsung brand, my wife and I just purchased a new Samsung Model RF27T5201SG Refrigerator. It's looking like my wife is already putting together a list of Samsung dryers, stoves and dishwashers to get this year.
