The clothes are burning hot even on Eco warm which is only one step above the coldest temp. And they are also still wetter than they should be which causes our entire laundry room to be damp. We feared getting mold. also be aware that there is no delay wash setting. It also default starts a normal load at an hour and 13 mins on warm in extra high water. It only increases with cooler temps. Kinda long to me. Can't see how extra long time at high temps, and extra wet could be energy efficient.

Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has been a godsend to us. We had a bottom of the line that would leave fabric softener spots on the wet clothes. We would also have to run water down the water softener container. What a difference this Samsung makes. It has multiple settings including, deep wash, bedding/ water proof(not sure what exactly that means. I need to look that one up.) Also quick wash and the best feature... self clean. I can't wait to use that feature. It holds ALOT of clothes. Probably close to 50% more than my other one that was only a year old. We're extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Oh and the little song it plays at the end is a refreshing twist to the obnoxious buzzer sound!!! The 5 settings on water level is nothing I have experienced before. You can really specify how little or how large your load is. My last dryer didn't have a water setting at all and I felt like I was totally wasting so much water doing just one load. I'm curious to see what my water bill is and if this has changed it. The setting I use the most are normal and deep wash. The deep wash I use for the sheets and have started adding a laundry sanitizer to those loads. I'm extremely happy with this washing machine. It's actually a joy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this washer and i am so happy with my purchase. it has far exceeded my expectations. it is so large that i can wash anything i need including bulky bedding. i love the soft close lid and the fact that i can see inside. my clothes come out very clean and fresh smelling. it has so many settings you can find the perfect one for whatever you are doing. i am so glad i decided to buy this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Samsung washing machine. It is pretty quiet and seems to clean my clothes well. I like the see through door. I like being able to see what's going on during cycles. I like the easy push buttons and the very simple operation of the washer. The pull out detergent drawer is super simple to remove and clean to help reduce build up. I like the location of the drawer as well. It is easy to fill. I love that the drum doesn't have a center agitator. It frees up so much space for more clothes or bigger, bulkier items. I think the child safety lock on the door is a great feature. Kids get curious and I like that the door locks preventing any unwanted accidents. I also like the cycle options. I hate the end of cycle tune. To my knowledge, there isn't a way to shut off the end of cycle tune. I don't need 25 seconds of a tune to alert me that my laundry is finished washing. I wish there was an option to turn it to a basic tone. I reached out to Samsung and they weren't able to provide any help. Because of this, I'm giving a four star review. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this Samsung washing machine. My clothes come out nice and clean and in good condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a much needed upgrade but I had not expected this much more capacity! The wash tub is large and can easily fit extra large loads of laundry. It also looks stylish, the tinted glasstop gives it a nice clean look. The functions and settings are pretty standard and the machine is pretty quite while washing with no loud vibrations. I use the normal and bedding preset wash cycle most often with great results. One drawback is that the machine locks as soon as you start the cycle, so have to pause to add laundry and cannot use the water to rinse anything off inside the tub. Which was something I could do in my old washer. However, all the new features including glass top and larger tub is worth it. Overall a great buy. I have had it for 3 weeks so far, hoping for many more years of clean laundry.

The only reason im not giving a full 5-stars is because of the time it takes for initial startup. I understand, due to the electronic sensors, it takes a little longer to initialize, but I do wish it would start washing as soon as the cycle starts. That being said, I absolutely love this product! It has thorough wash, rinse, and spin cycles. Each wash setting is customizable.

It has a great large capacity, very straightforward buttons and options, and is soooo quiet. Our old washer was probably on its last leg and that washer was so noisy especially when even just a little bit off balance. I LOVE that this washer self balances and adjusts for any weight imbalance automatically so you never have to worry about all that loud shaking and rattling that could wake up the whole neighborhood. And what's even better is this washer uses so little water, but even on our most used normal cycle with warm water and medium soiled setting, all the clothes come out clean clean clean. I also do love that there are so many different wash cycle options as well as the auto water sensing level option so I can conserve more water.. Seriously one of my best purchases this year so far and I couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ,I keep my clothes very clean, the white that my husband uses at work he washes very well, and my little son's clothes do not damage them something that I liked was the washing time in a large load its time is a little more than an hour before it lasted almost 2 hours in a single load and with few clothes, the placement of liquid soap and fabric softener is much better since finishing washing leaves it clean without residues is something very favorable the sound when washing is very little that is a good point in its favor, with the rest I am happy.

I really like the feature of the count down for when the loads done. The cutest thing is it plays a neat tune to tell you it’s down. This model you can see through the lead and and watch it wash if you’d like. The detergent dispenser is in an inside tray as are the softener, my last one didn’t have that ,so I really like that. There’s so many options on this baby that it’s so worth the buy , you will not be disappointed. The lid won’t slam shut like others, it closes softly when you go to close it. Heavily soiled clothes even come out cleaned.I even purchased the matching dryer since I was so happy with this Samsung washer.
