[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. I love that i don't always have to check on my machine to find out when it finish washing my clothes. It provides a timer. It doesn't make any noise. It holds more clothing than my other washing i had before. Does quick wash for smaller clothes and also i have an option to deep clean my washer. It also doesn't shake very loud when its spinning. It washed my clothes really great and i have areas to place my detergent and softner instead of having to put it all in one area. Also lets me know how much i would save using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying the last new washer I owned and the one I replaced with this one was purchased brand new in 1996 - yes you read that right. Needless to say it was obviously a good product but getting this brand new one has surpassed my expectations. Like everyone else laundry is a necessary evil in my home and up until this washer it was hot, warm, cold and gentle, normal, or super wash. Well....with all the bells and whistles of this washer I am embarrassed a little to say I actually had to look at the owner manual. I can choose from so many settings I was a little confused. What I really like is that it has an auto level feature that seems to automatically know how much to fill the tub based on the amount of clothes and I love that. It is only my husband and I so filling this washer is next to impossible as the capacity is quite large. Again I am comparing it to an older washer but there is no way the two of us have enough dirty clothes to fill this thing up. I can do in one load what used to take me two. I haven't mentioned yet one of the most exciting features for us is how quiet this washer is when running. We can actually wash clothes without all the noise of prior days. Yes you can hear it running, but only at a low level that doesn't impact anything else you may be doing at the time. I could hear my old one from the other side of the house. LOL I only received the washer due to the fact that I have a gas dryer but we are strongly considering now buying the matching gas dryer to complement what is now a mix matched pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we usually do at least 2 loads of laundry a day so when replacing our old washer, we needed one that was up to the task. samsung has done a great job offering a lot of space in a more compact design. this washing machine fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. the nearly silent noise level is amazing. it also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time. my only semi-complaint would be that i was under the impression that the washer could be set up with the samsung smartthings, but it actually can only access the diagnostic tool found on the samsung washer app. however, it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a washing machine. It's always off balance.🙄 It sounds like its going jump out the laundry room . We are so miserable. Please be ware!! Don't waste your money on this washing machine. I wouldn't even want it if it was free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my new Samsung washer! it is sleek beautiful to look at and ,So simple to use and very quiet , my clothes does not get tangled at all and no vibration Whatsoever. I absolutely love that it’s digital and makes a cute beeping song when finished, all you do is press a few buttons and your all set. the feature that I really enjoy is the fact that you put the detergent inside the washer in a compartment separate from the clothes and you put everything together the bleach the fabric softener in the soap and it does everything on its own . It saves a lot of time and it’s fun to use. I Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing the dryer very soon.

I’ve been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I’m looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of five goes through a ton of clothes. It seems like the laundry room is never empty. This Samsung washer is definitely making it easier to get more wash done. The drum is so big, it holds much more clothes than our old washer. It's also big enough to wash comforters and other larger items. No more trips to the laundromat to wash bulky stuff. I like all the adjustments you can make to the water level and temperature. It's a great way to conserve water and energy. The wash time is good also. It doesn't seem like it takes very long. Then again, my old washer kept getting stuck on some of the cycles. The detergent and softener drawer is great. Now I know the detergent is getting evenly distributed in the wash. I love the cute tune it plays when it is finished. Everything comes out nice and clean. I am very happy with this washer
