[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new Samsung washing machine. It uses less soap; I like the timer so I can see when the load will be done; I like the music alert when the load is complete; I like the choices I have for the type of load I am washing. The machine is efficient and quiet.

I've had this washer for about 4 years. It is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever dealt with. From day one, I have constantly had issues with the load out of balance so it errors out. The worst part is when you get this error, the cycle starts all over again, creating more water and electricity usage! I can't even wash my towels or bedding without the machine not being able to balance out enough to spin. And, even though I am not washing heavy items, I still use the Heavy Duty or Bedding/Waterproof cycle and get the same result. Every single time, I have to rearrange the load and hold the washer in place or sit on it, just so it doesn't go off balance again - and sometimes THAT doesn't even work! Just today, I tried to wash one large towel and a super light blanket and it errored out 3 times, leaving me no choice but to pull the towels out literally soaking wet and put them in the dryer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best washers I've had. I had a pricey Maytag for 18 months prior to this one - it was a piece of crap and the service tech couldn't even figure out why it wouldn't work. Got this beauty and no problems at all! Love it!

It's been weeks and I haven't even received the washer. This is the worse consumer business I've ever experience. Spend the $40 more and go to a local trusted store. Sams subcontracted this out and it is impossible to deal with RXO - IMPOSSIBLE! I've read several reviews where when they made it, they set it up incorrectly. If I went with my gut, i'd have been using my new machine for weeks now! I'm canceling the order - never even saw it

I bought two of these units and they have the the same problem. During the spin cycle the machine becomes unbalanced and makes a loud banging. I called Samsung and they said only 1 year warranty, not 2 years as it states on the Sam’s club website. Terrible product and terrible experience trying to get the manufacturer to repair the unit under the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this washer and i am so happy with my purchase. it has far exceeded my expectations. it is so large that i can wash anything i need including bulky bedding. i love the soft close lid and the fact that i can see inside. my clothes come out very clean and fresh smelling. it has so many settings you can find the perfect one for whatever you are doing. i am so glad i decided to buy this washer.
