After a couple of years it gives error code U6 unbalanced on EVERY SINGLE WASH. Have wasted so much water trying to move clothes around to balance evenly, but then washer starts again & clothes move & error code comes up again. I have never had this problem with any other brand of washing machine. And my machine is perfectly balanced on the floor. Beyond disappointed that this machine is made so poorly.

I would highly recommend this machine for anyone wanting a quiet and dependable washing machine at a reasonable price.

I am not sure what to think about this washer. It is hard to get the loads balanced. The instructions about water level are confusing. (I have downloaded the instructions!) I don't like the way is twists the clothes after spinning even on the delicates cycle. It doesn't seem to have a "water level auto sensor " even though it shows on keypad. I had a front loader before but had so much problem with the mold on the rubber seal and in the detergent drawers. That was why I went with a top loader this time. So far I really don't like it. No too happy about that.

Unable to review washer due to poor delivery and no installation: I was happy to puchse a new washer on sale from Sam's Club especially when it was noted that installation came with delivery. Stayed home from work to wait for my delivery and was never contacted. Was going to bed and check the Sam's Club app one more time for an update ams was surprised to see that my application was 40 minutes away. About 15 minutes later got a text saying that my delivery was here. Head out to meet the driver for installation to find my washer left in the front yard. No attempt at contact or installation made. Due to the latness of the delivery, I was unable to connect with customer service or inform anyone that there was an error. i would not recommend ordering any large purchases or appliances from this company. Was extremely disappointed after being a Sam's Club Member for 20 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is okay but is still very average. It doesn't make to much noise which i like, but the cleaning power of the washer is on the low end.. I have the impeller model which I really regret ever buying as washers that are top loaders need agitator. My main issue with the washer is the suspension rods are squeaking even on a self clean cycle and I don't over load my washer ever.

This washing machine is just what I needed! It doesn't vibrate when running a load, and the sound is minimal, so nice and quiet. I absolutely LOVE the size of the drum without the spinner taking up so much of the center! My clothes come out clean and fresh.

Great capacity for the wife and I and even big enough to run the comforters and blankets. No vibration at all. Gets even my filthy foundry clothes clean and doesn’t have a ring of filth or smell afterwards. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that there is no spindle in the middle. There is more room for clothes. Also like that it spins the clothes before the wash so the load isn’t off balance. It also has lots of different load features.

I purchased a top loading washer two years ago. This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. It will almost never spin out our laundry. I can load one blanket and it still has trouble spinning it out. If I could afford a different brand I would buy one today.
