washer and matching dryer plays super annoying music at the end of the cycle i understand that some people may like this but obviously samsung knows that others do not because it can be muted on their more expensive machines. had i known about the music i would've bought a different brand now i have to go through the time and effort to return these and get something different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer a little over a month. So far, no complaints. It’s large enough to wash a king size comforter. It has a waterproof cycle which is nice for mattress pads and raincoats. Easy to use and cleans my clothes.

i have this model washer, a samsung dryer snd a samsung gas stove. they are absolute junk.between the 3 appliances ive spentabout $700 in the past 2 years in repairs.just had the service guy tell me the washer isnt worth reparing this time as part cost is approx $250.these sppluances are less than 5 years old.i will never purchase a ssmsung profuct of any kind in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is pretty nifty. I love the glass top that allows you to peer inside. The washer automatically sets the water level to exactly the amount best suited for the size of the load which is super cool. So far the washer is very quiet, does not rattle at all and clothes come out clean. My only issues are that I am not a huge fan of the auto lock--I always am running back with a forgotten item and it is a pain to stop and resume. Also nowhere in the instructions does it say if you can use detergent pods. They don't really fit in the detergent dispenser which is disappointing. I called Samsung and they said pod detergents are fine but you need to throw them right in the drum and not in the detergent dispenser. The manual should really be updated to address that. The cycles seem really long compared to my old washer--usually over an hour! Otherwise, I am getting used to all the tech and it doing the 'thinking' for me. Recommend.

I bought this set to replace my whirlpool set and the difference in quality is noticeable. The set is efficient and the noise level is low compared to many other brands I have purchased. Very happy with this set and will continue to purchase Samsung products in the future.

A bed set including sheet, pillow covers and the blanket easily fits in reducing number of cycles. There are plenty of options to choose from for short cycles, for delicates, and for heavy loads etc. the dial is super intuitive. Self clean feature is excellent keeping the machine away from the build up etc. I loved the feature where you could choose the level of water and the temperature of the cycle. Overall, Samsung is a durable product line loaded with features and elegant looking.

i got this washer a few weeks ago. my superpower is killing washers so it's always a challenge to find the right one. you get to control the water level and temp, if you want. it has the larger tub so bigger loads can be done=less time doing laundry. the machine is quiet during the wash and spin cycles and there really is less vibration. the wash cycles take a reasonable amount of time to complete too. i am very happy with this new machine!!

Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

It uses less water than our previous washer. It has a view window (which the kids love). It can determine the amount inside which makes it more efficient. A very nice machine. I have used the many different cycles from heavy to light to spin and rinse. All of them are great!. The washing machine holds two full laundry baskets, it is really massive. When thinking about my old washer, I can not believe we used such a model. This is far superior in capacity, sound, cleaning , and water usage. By far the best feature is that it can sense how large of a load is in the machine. I use it every single time. It makes washing clothes easier. It is nice to see through the top to see how things are going as well.
