[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace my GE washer. This was my first Samsung appliance purchase. The washer has a lot of great features and the convenient self clean cycle however the wash cycles are long. The shortest cycle is the quick wash which still takes 40 minutes.

Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

i have this model washer, a samsung dryer snd a samsung gas stove. they are absolute junk.between the 3 appliances ive spentabout $700 in the past 2 years in repairs.just had the service guy tell me the washer isnt worth reparing this time as part cost is approx $250.these sppluances are less than 5 years old.i will never purchase a ssmsung profuct of any kind in the future

on dec. 19, 2020, the machine arrived. i did the install myself, per the manual that came with the washer.i then did the next step and leveled the machine front to back and side to side, using my 1ft. level. when i got the machine leveled, the tub was not anywhere near centered as shown in the book. i contacted customer support and they just kept referring me back to the book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few months ago and love it! It is not too complicated to operate but it has all of the features I need to keep my clothes clean. The tub is large and fits all of my clothes and bedspreads with ease. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and dryer in December of 2020 when i bought my house. Has been working great so far. I honestly haven’t really tried all the settings. Lots of bells and whistles. Over all it’s a pretty solid machine

we bought this washer in may and i wish we never purchased it. it has ruined so many pieces of clothing by stretching out the collars and shirts turning. we now have to take our clothes we don’t want ruined to the dry cleaner. samsung has sent 5 technicians out and while we agree there isnt a piece of the machine that is broken, it is still causing damage to our clothes. we are so dissatisfied and asked for an exchange but they said we have to buy a new one!! i am never buying from them again. brand new shirts and dresses have been destroyed. customer service has been a nightmare and we wait on hold for over an hour.

I believe my daughter thinks she is a fashion model because I have never seen someone change outfits as many times a day as she does. We usually end up doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more on the weekend, so when it came time to replacing our very old washer and dryer we knew we needed one that was up to the task. The first thing I will mention that I love, is the size. Samsung has done a great job in offering a lot of space in a more compact design. My biggest complaint about whoever designs standard laundry rooms in houses is that they are not big enough, and the appliances usually stick out to the door and make it hard to maneuver around. This washing machine is slightly taller and skinnier than our old one so it fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. The next thing that I truly appreciate is the noise level. It is basically non-existent. Our old washing machine sounded like a hurricane was fast approaching, the Samsung Washer is virtually silent. It also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time simple and easy. I also appreciate the ability to be able to see into the washing machine which is something with a top loader that you don't think about until you have experienced it. My only semi-complaint would be that I was under the impression that the washer and dryer could be set up with the Samsung Smartthings App, but instead you have to download the Samsung Washer App and even there it is limited functionality. After spending a while on the phone with Samsung, so far we have not been able to actually connect the washing machine, but can use the diagnostic tool. At this point, we don't have any problems for me to verify that that service is working, but it appears to be. It would have been nice to control the washer via my phone & voice, but I guess that could be more of a novelty anyway and it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

Should be told in the beginning that the items will not arrive in the delivery date. You have to sachedule delivery that take weeks to come..
