The tub is deep and allows for more clothes to be washed per cycle than our last machine, speeding up the laundry process The variety of settings is more than we have ever had, especially the automatic function that detects the appropriate water level. When I do laundry, I usually use the normal or quick wash setting for both colors and whites and it works like a charm. The self cleaning option is a plus, it notifies us when the machine needs to complete a self cleaning cycle that doesn't require any additional cleaning products. The new vibration reduction technology works as promised. Not once have I heard the machine rubbling or dancing around the laundry room because of an of an unbalanced load. Unlike our previous front loading machine, clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. No mildewy smell or residue. We are big fans of Samsung televisions and are happy with this Samsung appliance!

It still cleans well, handles big loads, and is fairly quiet with intuitive controls. Lately, though, I’ve had to pause and manually rebalance the drum during the rinse/spin cycle or it thumps around. Not a deal-breaker, but it knocks off a star. Overall: reliable and effective, just be aware the spin-balance can get finicky as it ages.

just deleivered and hooked up in the house. my wife is very happy with this new washer. very quiet and large enough capacity for our family. samsung has been very reliable in all of its products so we will enjoy this washer for years to come. the controls are very easy to use and intuitive to understand. in short we are very happy with this purchace.

Top Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology! It is the best! It is so much fun to use! My clothes get really clean! I love the fact that the spinning cycle is long and gets all of the water out! My clothes dry faster because of this!!! Thank you, Samsung!! I'll buy this brand again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Samsung washing machine. It is pretty quiet and seems to clean my clothes well. I like the see through door. I like being able to see what's going on during cycles. I like the easy push buttons and the very simple operation of the washer. The pull out detergent drawer is super simple to remove and clean to help reduce build up. I like the location of the drawer as well. It is easy to fill. I love that the drum doesn't have a center agitator. It frees up so much space for more clothes or bigger, bulkier items. I think the child safety lock on the door is a great feature. Kids get curious and I like that the door locks preventing any unwanted accidents. I also like the cycle options. I hate the end of cycle tune. To my knowledge, there isn't a way to shut off the end of cycle tune. I don't need 25 seconds of a tune to alert me that my laundry is finished washing. I wish there was an option to turn it to a basic tone. I reached out to Samsung and they weren't able to provide any help. Because of this, I'm giving a four star review. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this Samsung washing machine. My clothes come out nice and clean and in good condition.

We had recently started to experience issues with our old washer and dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. Two nice gentlemen arrived within the scheduled delivery window wearing proper protection. They came in, took a peek at the location with the old set, and prepared to execute. The entire process to remove my old set and install the new set took about 25 minutes with a tight turn and stairwell. After the install and allow the break-in cycle to complete, we started doing our weekly laundry. We were concerned about the machines' size as they had a smaller footprint than our older set. I'm here to tell you that the washer hides it's 4.5 CU FT well!! The capacity was ample for our needs, and the unit had a generous selection of cycles for our clothes. The machine is quiet, and we were greeted with a nice jingle that ALMOST made me happy about doing laundry . The buttons on both units make them easy to use, but I will say that you must read the manuals to understand all the features and button combos truly. We're happy about our purchase and look forward to years of clean laundry.

Less than 3 years old, the washer constantly shakes violently and then stops the wash cycle with an error of "Unbalanced". Even if you wash just 4 t-shirts it will give the same error. My floor is completely level and I've tried every resolution Samsung has suggested. After some research, I discovered that many other people have the same problem with this washing machine and the issue is caused by faulty suspension rods. After hundreds of complaints I'm not sure why Samsung wouldn't consider this a recall and fix the recurring issue. Getting this serviced would be at least the cost of a new machine. I own several Samsung appliances but this one is definitely a lemon.

I have to say I'm impressed with the options and features this washer has. It receives alot of use and is more than capable of handling any load of clothes I put in. I highly recommend this washer for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old agitator style washer with this top load no agitator washer. I'm really liking it. Still learning some of the features. The download users manual is so much better than the one that came with the machine.
