[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine works extremely well and looks nice. The top is clear glass and the deep barrel is quite large. It has every setting you can imagine and I love that as you choose which setting, it changes the timer so that you know exactly how long the load will take to wash. To add detergent, there is a convenient pull out tray that shows you exactly how much liquid to put in and also has a space for liquid fabric softener. Once you start the washer, the lid locks and if you need to pause for whatever reason, there is a convenient button for that. It is very quiet when washing and I can barely notice when it is on. After the load is done being washed, a jingle will play to notify you that it is complete. My clothes are washed perfectly and the washer itself holds a very large amount of laundry. After a few times of use, the washer will also conveniently notify you to do a washer cleaning cycle with a simple press of a button. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

I was able to wash three of my son's pillows with no issues at all. I really liked how silent it sounds when it's running also. This washing machine has many features to choose from. It's extremely easy to figure out how to use as well. Its basically self explanatory. The music that it makes when it's done is cute as well nothing annoying that wakes that baby. I've used this washer well over twenty times and haven't had any issues with it at all. My clothes actually come out cleaner then they did in my old washing machine from having a lot more room inside the washing machine and the agitator is excellent as well. I love that it levels it self out easier also. I use to have to non stop adjust clothes or do smaller loads with my old washing machine. The only option I would of liked but wasn't a must was to be able to play different music when it goes off. It would off been cool to have each child have their own sound buts not a must. In the future I would like to see black as a option as well instead of only white. Over all I'm extremely happy with my Samsung washing machine and definitely would suggest it to others as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problem from the start. Doesn't rince on normal cycle. Also don't put out any code for a problem but it had more than one issue. Always went to rince and spin when powered on, never did high spin cycle. Repair guy put in a new board which fixed other issues but still don't rince on normal cycle unless you use the extra rince and then does two complete rince cycles that takes forever and waste water. I'm not impressed. Took a week just to get an appointment for repair and no response yet when I told him still not working. I didn't pay that much to babysit a new one, could have done that with my old one 🤬

on dec. 19, 2020, the machine arrived. i did the install myself, per the manual that came with the washer.i then did the next step and leveled the machine front to back and side to side, using my 1ft. level. when i got the machine leveled, the tub was not anywhere near centered as shown in the book. i contacted customer support and they just kept referring me back to the book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top load Samsung washer is a super powerful machine with options such as normal, heavy duty, bedding, deep wash, quick wash and self wash. It is deep enough and has a great capacity reducing the number of cycles each week. For a family of four, I used to run four cycles each week and with Samsung I am done in two cycles. I also love water options of high, medium and low if you are trying to conserve resources. The temperature options are great too, I love the eco option for gentle temperature. The machine is great for delicates too with shorter cycle time. I love quick wash option too for smaller loads. The interface is super intuitive as I didn’t have to read the manual and figure it out. The self clean feature is great. I recommend using this option at least once a month.

This washing machine is so quiet with great performance and clean clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few months ago, and it is just great. I love the water level sensing option. I love that it gives me an approximate time the load will finish so I can set an alarm. It cleans well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a washer that we thought was broken, but kept it anyways when we found out the old one was not broken at all. It has a large tub and a different agitator than normal. It seems to clean really well and it was a great price.

It washes clothes well, but only three years later the tub cannot balance itself and repair specialists have all told me it is not worth fixing. I've tried all the "fixes" they tell you to try. Now we're stuck having to buy a new washer. Don't buy this one unless you save to buy another in two to three years. Samsung should stick with TVs because their appliances don't last.
