I purchased this washer and I'm glad I did. I needed a washer that wasn't going to break the bank, yet still be a reliable washer, modern technology, that I can continuously use and count on for years. This Washer is easy to operate, there has been no confusion on what does what. No complicated menu's. Load can start as quickly as 2 - 3 buttons pressed. Washer is quieter than the average washer, more so than any washer I've used. *Easy to use & understand *Noise level is significantly low *Every load comes out clean *Transparent lid to watch it in action Best washer for my money hands down.

We installed the combo washer and dryer last week to replace our older unit. We like the large load capacity drum. The machine is also quiet which is nice since it’s not bothersome while running. I am going to set up the app so I can monitor and control it remotely. We also like that the control panel is easy to understand and operate. One of the most important features of this washer is the self-clean feature. We suffered in the past with mold and smelly washers, but with self-clean, you don’t have to worry about it, you just run it every once in a while and the washer will be as fresh as the day it was installed. The washer exhibits plenty of washing options for any family size and various washing activities. Whether you need large loads or short washes…the options are plentiful.

I'm able to wash large loads, including blankets and thick quilts without any problems. I love the water conservation features with four levels of water capacity along with the different cycles for how to wash each load. It's quiet and cleans thoroughly -- a great purchase!

Bought washer based on review ratings. My washer does not manage the temperature resulting in all wash loads being in cold water. If I set it for hot only the water is warm. Technician from store where machine was purchased it checked hoses which were not blocked. Owner’s manual suggested that as a possible problem. The store from which washer was purchased replaced washer. It works no better. I pause washer to check temp. Still cold. Oddly enough, while we’re used to hot water being on left this washer’s connections have the cold on the left and hot on the right per instructions on the washer. The technician confirmed connections are correct. Second issue: there was an option for an agitator. I chose without. When washing bedding, part of the bedding remains above the water level even if set on High water level.

I have been using this wash machine for several months now and I have to say it's a huge upgrade from my previous machine of 20 yrs, things have certainly changed. First of all, it's beautiful and has a huge capacity so you can wash blankets and bedspreads. It is very simple and straightforward to use and has several cycles and water temperatures to pick from. The washer runs very quiet and cleans very well, it even has a cute little jingle at the end when its finished. Would highly recommend this wash machine and would love to buy a Samsung dryer to go with it.

Great Performance, VRT Plus is a Great Feature, had other brands and they shook all over the floor. Put this one in a ‘washing machine pan’ , and really no problems. I’m ready to purchase a new Samsung, will be my third. They last 5-7 Years that’s it. This one heavy rust around the soap tray. Hope Samsung remedy this issue, maybe with Polymers or SS above the Tray. Getting a new Samsung Dryer too. There the same Good performance, (Very Dusty), but does the job. Changed a pump on the washer, easy fix, part was available. If it wasn’t for the rust I would keep it.

Worst machine I have ever owned. It does not get the clothes clean, doesnt cover the clothes with water during the wash cycle and they clothes never move! It agitates but nothing moves! my clothes continually come out smelling like dirty wash water, even after doing them a second time on rinse and spin only, and when I do this after it fills up you can see the suds, dirt, cloudy water! There are other issues I dont even want to mention it just keeps getting worse. It was the worst decision I ever made to purchase this washer. I am stuck with it because I cannot afford to buy another machine

Less than 3 years old, the washer constantly shakes violently and then stops the wash cycle with an error of "Unbalanced". Even if you wash just 4 t-shirts it will give the same error. My floor is completely level and I've tried every resolution Samsung has suggested. After some research, I discovered that many other people have the same problem with this washing machine and the issue is caused by faulty suspension rods. After hundreds of complaints I'm not sure why Samsung wouldn't consider this a recall and fix the recurring issue. Getting this serviced would be at least the cost of a new machine. I own several Samsung appliances but this one is definitely a lemon.

Works fine and is a size and quality upgrade from our previous washer. The capacity is good and it gets clothes clean. Some of the cycle options are limited to what temp they allow which is not my favorite. The most frustrating thing is that there is no way to turn off the end cycle notifications. Our laundry is located directly next to the nursery in our house and I would prefer not to wake my sleeping baby with the little jingle.

I bought this set to replace my whirlpool set and the difference in quality is noticeable. The set is efficient and the noise level is low compared to many other brands I have purchased. Very happy with this set and will continue to purchase Samsung products in the future.
