[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say that I am impressed with the Samsung washer would be a complete understatement. I previously had a whirlpool washer that would shake the entire house when larger items were being loaded. However, this Samsung Set is probably the quietest set that I’ve experienced. We are a family of 6, needless to say, that I do a ton of laundry on a weekly basis. Samsung is perfect for this because it fits SO much stuff which has reduced the amount of laundry I do in a week! I like that it is user friendly and straight to the point. It has many options from “water level” to “temp” and even soil level. I also like that it has the option for delicate and bedding. The washer is large enough for a Queen comforter. Our whirlpool washer could not fit this size comforter. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye. I went with the white washer with chrome knobs. With our previous washing machine, I had to pour the detergent into the actual machine itself making such a mess, but this washing machine comes with a compartment for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach! Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the capacity of the washing machine. It was well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we usually do at least 2 loads of laundry a day so when replacing our old washer, we needed one that was up to the task. samsung has done a great job offering a lot of space in a more compact design. this washing machine fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. the nearly silent noise level is amazing. it also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time. my only semi-complaint would be that i was under the impression that the washer could be set up with the samsung smartthings, but it actually can only access the diagnostic tool found on the samsung washer app. however, it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set. Loved the first ones! Samsung offers plenty of features on both washers and dryers. I have found them to very reliable and user-friendly also. Clean and sleek design is very appealing.

seems to be a very good machine. i’m sure it will not last like the 30 year old washer it replaced. i like that it determines the amount of water to use and that it doesn't have an agitator taking up room inside. the installers left much to be desired. they did not use the drain hose guide, nor did they suggest removing the drain pan underneath so the washer could have more room behind the machine. the hoses are coiled up behind the machine, which i don't think is correct, and they simply zip-tied the drain hose to the water hose. they also messed up one of the doors of the closet the machine is installed in and now the doors will not close. they seemed more interested in getting done instead of spending time to make sure my washer was installed properly.

Do Not Buy! Save your Sanity!! I have currently been trying to wash 3 pairs of pajamas pants for the past 2 hours. It keeps going unbalanced and sounds like it is going to blow through the flow. This has been an ongoing nightmare. I will never buy a washer again with no agitator and I will never buy another samsung appliance.

They assured me that they were the best price and no one else could beat them in their price range. What lies they all told me. I'm so happy to be to be a part of the "Costco" family. They had the best prices that no other company could compare their prices to. The best part of the washer and dryer I purchased, was the time frame I received my appliances, how quickly they were set up, and best of all, the features when the washer and dryer both shut off. You know when the cycles are completed when they play a cute song at the end. So happy with my purchases, and the communication I received all the way around with everyone involved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer almost a year, and with the exception of a hot water valve going bad, replaced under warranty, it's been great. I will admit I'm still getting use to it being HE and not getting the old school hot water cycle.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a washing machine. It's always off balance.🙄 It sounds like its going jump out the laundry room . We are so miserable. Please be ware!! Don't waste your money on this washing machine. I wouldn't even want it if it was free.

My mom, cousin, and I all bought this same washer over a year ago and we've all had the same problems 1st it stop spinning and we all replace the same part. The springs. 2nd the hot water inlet valve doesn't shut of on mines and my mom so now we has to replace that part to keep water from running the whole cycle. We are very disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my new Samsung washer! it is sleek beautiful to look at and ,So simple to use and very quiet , my clothes does not get tangled at all and no vibration Whatsoever. I absolutely love that it's digital and makes a cute beeping song when finished, all you do is press a few buttons and your all set. the feature that I really enjoy is the fact that you put the detergent inside the washer in a compartment separate from the clothes and you put everything together the bleach the fabric softener in the soap and it does everything on its own . It saves a lot of time and it's fun to use. I Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing the dryer very soon.
