[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've done enough laundry in this machine to say that I really like it. I had a similar washer but a different brand and this one is definitely better. It doesn't shake around as much and gets the clothes cleaner. I did a half dozen pair of jeans and as many shirts in a single load. Everything came out great.

Just received my washer & just to try I washed 2 medium sized towels on Quick wash which turned out to be an hour. Did full loads in my old washer in about the same time. Also there is no option to do a warm wash & cold rinse. I'll revisit this after I do a full load but I'm hoping it isn't a 3 hour event. Also hoping the spin cycle does a better job.

Less than 3 years old, the washer constantly shakes violently and then stops the wash cycle with an error of "Unbalanced". Even if you wash just 4 t-shirts it will give the same error. My floor is completely level and I've tried every resolution Samsung has suggested. After some research, I discovered that many other people have the same problem with this washing machine and the issue is caused by faulty suspension rods. After hundreds of complaints I'm not sure why Samsung wouldn't consider this a recall and fix the recurring issue. Getting this serviced would be at least the cost of a new machine. I own several Samsung appliances but this one is definitely a lemon.

we bought this washer in may and i wish we never purchased it. it has ruined so many pieces of clothing by stretching out the collars and shirts turning. we now have to take our clothes we don’t want ruined to the dry cleaner. samsung has sent 5 technicians out and while we agree there isnt a piece of the machine that is broken, it is still causing damage to our clothes. we are so dissatisfied and asked for an exchange but they said we have to buy a new one!! i am never buying from them again. brand new shirts and dresses have been destroyed. customer service has been a nightmare and we wait on hold for over an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung washer. It is quiet while running and it holds my king size comforter. It is very deep. I am 5 feet and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom. My clothes come out damp and that help my dryer run less time. One of my favorite parts about this washer is the cycle choices. There are cycles for every item I wash and it is very easy to set for each load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family of six. Of those six, two are under the age of 3 (3 month old and 2 year old). Any parent will understand the amount of dirty clothes these tiny humans produce. Due to the actual amount of laundry we have for the adults in this household in addition to the loads of laundry our little ones require, we found the need for a reliable and efficient solution. We previously had a front load washer and found we had issues with balancing large loads and the immense amount of vibration it produced. This washer did not have this issue thank goodness. There is a digital display with five settings for temperature and the standard eight wash cycles most washers come with. I feel it is a simplified control system that goes along with the aesthetically simplified design of the washer. It was easy enough for my elderly mother to understand how to use. Another feature we love about this washer is how quiet it is, probably due to the lack of vibration. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity was more than ample space allowing us to finally reduce the number of loads we now need to do each week, which is a major selling point when you have little ones. Also, a neat feature of this washer is something advertised as Smart Care troubleshooting. You access it through an app and “troubleshoot” your issue via the app. I hate paper manuals, never look at them after the initial setup so an app is convenient in this digital world we live in. We haven’t had to use this feature yet so I can’t speak to whether the list of issues for troubleshooting is comprehensive, but it is a nice support feature. In general, our family is really impressed by this washer. Its design is simple however the efficiency of the unit has already helped us to greatly improve our time spent doing laundry. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how much we preferred this washer over our much fancier previous washer. Buy this washer you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I’m looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.
