Worst washer I have ever had. Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore that cleaned better at 17 years old than this washer did on day one. The clothes come out covered with lint and debris looking dirtier than when they went in. There isn’t a lint trap to clean and the manual has very limited instructions. So disappointed. I expected more from Samsung products.

Do Not Buy! Save your Sanity!! I have currently been trying to wash 3 pairs of pajamas pants for the past 2 hours. It keeps going unbalanced and sounds like it is going to blow through the flow. This has been an ongoing nightmare. I will never buy a washer again with no agitator and I will never buy another samsung appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the big tub of the washer with no middle agitator. It allows me to put a lot of clothes in at once. I also like the automatic water level feature so that the washer uses just the amount of water needed for each load. I also, like the clear lid so that I can see inside the washer while it’s working. Another feature I like a lot is the timer shows exactly how much time is left in a load. This washer takes a little more time to complete a load than my old one, though everything always comes out clean.

I used to have to wash everything on the Deep wash cycle. No more! This gets everything clean on the first normal run. It also allows me to do larger loads in less time. Love this washer!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had a front load washer and hated it. This top load washer is amazing and my laundry has never been cleaner. Only downfall would be if you were short as the drum is so deep you might have a hard time reaching to the bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer a little over a month. So far, no complaints. It’s large enough to wash a king size comforter. It has a waterproof cycle which is nice for mattress pads and raincoats. Easy to use and cleans my clothes.

It has a large tub and a different agitator than normal. It seems to clean really well and it was a great price.

this machine not only took so much longer than my original machine but when it came time to put the laundry in the dryer, they were not spun as dry as my previous machine used to get them. this will now have my dryer working twice as hard. i tried another load. same thing. the wash machine is also not quiet by any means. i thought a dirt bike was riding by our house during the certain cycles.

As a mom of a newborn baby and toddler it feels like we are doing laundry all the time and this is up to the job. I love how large it is. I can literally wash just about anything in here. As someone who is environmentally friendly, I appreciate features like eco wash and water sensors to ensure that we are not using more water than necessary. I also love how light the top of the washer is. It does not automatically close or slam shut, so I don’t have to worry about my daughter’s little fingers getting caught in it. I’m impressed with how user-friendly this washing machine is, even for those who are not tech-savy. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone looking for something simple, quiet and convenient.
