[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer really needed an upgrade and I am so glad we got this Samsung washer to replace it. It is bigger and quieter than my old machine and it looks really nice! It easily fits my king size bedding or other large loads. Only issue I had with it was the long chime at the end, but I was able to turn that off. So definitely 5 stars!

Clothes get clean but come out soaking wet. Have tried everything to no avail, the dry time per load now is double versus my old washer. Waste of electricity to dry a load for 90 minutes when it used to take 45. Without exaggerating, the clothes actually DRIP when you take them out of the washer, they are hardly wrung out at all.

this machine not only took so much longer than my original machine but when it came time to put the laundry in the dryer, they were not spun as dry as my previous machine used to get them. this will now have my dryer working twice as hard. i tried another load. same thing. the wash machine is also not quiet by any means. i thought a dirt bike was riding by our house during the certain cycles.

We had recently started to experience issues with our old washer and dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. Two nice gentlemen arrived within the scheduled delivery window wearing proper protection. They came in, took a peek at the location with the old set, and prepared to execute. The entire process to remove my old set and install the new set took about 25 minutes with a tight turn and stairwell. After the install and allow the break-in cycle to complete, we started doing our weekly laundry. We were concerned about the machines' size as they had a smaller footprint than our older set. I'm here to tell you that the washer hides it's 4.5 CU FT well!! The capacity was ample for our needs, and the unit had a generous selection of cycles for our clothes. The machine is quiet, and we were greeted with a nice jingle that ALMOST made me happy about doing laundry . The buttons on both units make them easy to use, but I will say that you must read the manuals to understand all the features and button combos truly. We're happy about our purchase and look forward to years of clean laundry.

I used to have to wash everything on the Deep wash cycle. No more! This gets everything clean on the first normal run. It also allows me to do larger loads in less time. Love this washer!

It has a great large capacity, very straightforward buttons and options, and is soooo quiet. Our old washer was probably on its last leg and that washer was so noisy especially when even just a little bit off balance. I LOVE that this washer self balances and adjusts for any weight imbalance automatically so you never have to worry about all that loud shaking and rattling that could wake up the whole neighborhood. And what's even better is this washer uses so little water, but even on our most used normal cycle with warm water and medium soiled setting, all the clothes come out clean clean clean. I also do love that there are so many different wash cycle options as well as the auto water sensing level option so I can conserve more water.. Seriously one of my best purchases this year so far and I couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the chance to fully test/use our new Samsung Top Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+, and it has been a godsend. My wife and I have a full household, in-laws, another grandma, and two small children under the age of two. This washer makes the daily laundry requirement for all the baby items (cloths, bibs, towels, burp cloths, sheets, etc.) somehow manageable. Also, I forgot how easy and convenient a top load washer can be. This machine, despite the latest technology, is so simple to run. Sometimes technology can be overwhelming for some, especially my elderly family members. However, these appliances couldn't be any simpler. Plus, our prior side load washer was less convenient because it required us to always bend way down, and we had to keep the door dry after each use otherwise a mold issue would occur. I couldn't be more impressed with the quick and easy settings that are designed for set it and forget it operation. I would have no problem recommended, or buying this product again, if asked. So far, so great, so fresh and so clean!
