[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this washing machine. The drum holds a lot of clothes. I now only do two loads of laundry a week for myself, instead of three. Heck, my queen size comforter fits in it. It also works rather quickly, so I'm not spending all day washing clothes. I'm a little disappointed in not being able to soak items like I used to in my old machine. It's not a major issue compared to how much better my clothes come out in the regular wash cycle. The little tune it plays when the cycle is done is kinda cute too.

My mom, cousin, and I all bought this same washer over a year ago and we've all had the same problems 1st it stop spinning and we all replace the same part. The springs. 2nd the hot water inlet valve doesn't shut of on mines and my mom so now we has to replace that part to keep water from running the whole cycle. We are very disappointed in this product.

I bought this set to replace my whirlpool set and the difference in quality is noticeable. The set is efficient and the noise level is low compared to many other brands I have purchased. It also displays how many minutes are left on the cycle. When it's done washing, it plays a tune. This is by far one of the best washers I've had. It also holds alot of clothes. It has multiple cycles. I like this washer, and definitely will recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung top load washer is very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

wife likes the large capacity, the design to even the load before washing is great, no vibrations, love the glass top and actually get hot water for washing. this machine does not beat up the clothes like the old one and produced a lot of lint. this model is gentle on cloths.

Not to mention the fact that this washer is almost silent so I never hear it running at night which is amazing, my old washer would wake me up from shaking so bad and being off balance
