[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a few months and it works great! My only complaint is that the wash cycle is quite long, even for small loads. However my laundry is super clean, even the icky dog blankets. I would also like to add that I can wash a king sized comforter with room to spare. Also if your short like me (4' 11") you will need a stool to reach the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with how well it works, my cloths come out cleaner than my old washer. I like the see threw lid and the size of the drum! Without the center agitator! The one thing I dislike is that you can't turn off the end sound. Still love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed the washer a few weeks ago. The tub on this thing is huge. So far the washer runs whisper quiet compared to our old one. I was also pleased that wash times were faster as well. The washer is so easy to use our kid can handle starting a load without any help. Would most definitely recommend this to anyone with multiple loads a day. Large size and fast wash times help to shorten the laundry day.

Just got this washer - 2 things I already hate: 1. No way to turn OFF beeps and "end of wash" 30 second "melody". Insane!! 2. When you press power button, the default water level setting for "Normal" wash is "Extra High" and water Temp is "Warm". Why on earth doesn't water level default to "Auto Level" and Temp to "Eco Warm"? Very wasteful of water and energy to warm the water.

wife likes the large capacity, the design to even the load before washing is great, no vibrations, love the glass top and actually get hot water for washing. this machine does not beat up the clothes like the old one and produced a lot of lint. this model is gentle on cloths.

Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model runs great so far, the clothes and blankets come out clean and fresh and all features seem to work great. My biggest test was a very thick sherpa king sized blanket. I folded as stated in the instruction manual and was skeptical but the cycle completed without a problem (balance or weight issue, not cleansing the blanket entirely due to bring too big/heavy/thick) and the blanket was clean and smelled fresh. This washer took care of it! We were so relieved and pleased. I wish we could change the setting manually from rinse to spin. If i want to clear some left over dirt in the washer from washing any animals blankets for their outdoor lounge beds I have to let an actual rinse/spin cycle run. Instead of just having it drop some water in the washer tub and then set it to spin/drain. Definitely no big deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problem from the start. Doesn't rince on normal cycle. Also don't put out any code for a problem but it had more than one issue. Always went to rince and spin when powered on, never did high spin cycle. Repair guy put in a new board which fixed other issues but still don't rince on normal cycle unless you use the extra rince and then does two complete rince cycles that takes forever and waste water. I'm not impressed. Took a week just to get an appointment for repair and no response yet when I told him still not working. I didn't pay that much to babysit a new one, could have done that with my old one 🤬

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer four months ago and have not been disappointed. Reasonably priced and satisfied with cleaning results. Only wish is that the volume for the musical chime indicating washing complete could be adjusted. But that's obviously a very minor concern.
