[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer. It's slim build makes it easy to get into laundry area without taking up so much space, but its large mouth gives you the capacity to load more than you would think. Easy controls. Simply display. Silent vibrations.

Unfortunately, the washer I had for 15+ years stopped working two years ago and it was time for a new one. I purchased this one from Home Depot and if I could go back in time, I would not purchase this washer. I’ve only had it for 2 years now and a technician is coming for a third time to repair it. When this machine works, it’s great. However, once a year it conks out - it won’t spin and complete a cycle, leaving me with soaking wet clothes. The water will take 30 minutes to fill up before washing and it often “goes off balance”. All things I never experienced with my prior washer. This machine has been a complete headache and I DO NOT recommend this machine. I’m already looking for a new machine because my warranty ends next year and I’m sure I will continue to have problems even after that with this machine. Not worth the headache. Purchase any other brand!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 25 year old GE washer. The only feature we don't like is the locking lid. We understand its a safety feature so its just annoying when you dropped a sock or need to add the forgot pair of pants. Yeah you can pause it and it will unlock but it's just an extra step. Other than that, it cleans well!

the machine i have, on the normal setting, does not fill with water on the rinse portion of the cycle. service has been efficient and boards have been changed. but the problem exists rendering the normal setting useless. tech support has not identified any error codes. therefore i believe this machine has a design flaw. i was told "just don't use that setting". however that setting is appropriate for most loads of wash. and i paid for a machine with 6 wash settings not 5. this is an excellent machine i am pleased in every way accept for not being able to use the preferred setting. if i could use normal the rating would be 5 star! at this point i would not recommend a samsung washer to anyone!

A bed set including sheet, pillow covers and the blanket easily fits in reducing number of cycles. There are plenty of options to choose from for short cycles, for delicates, and for heavy loads etc. the dial is super intuitive. Self clean feature is excellent keeping the machine away from the build up etc. I loved the feature where you could choose the level of water and the temperature of the cycle. Overall, Samsung is a durable product line loaded with features and elegant looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this washing machine. The drum holds a lot of clothes. I now only do two loads of laundry a week for myself, instead of three. Heck, my queen size comforter fits in it. It also works rather quickly, so I'm not spending all day washing clothes. I'm a little disappointed in not being able to soak items like I used to in my old machine. It's not a major issue compared to how much better my clothes come out in the regular wash cycle. The little tune it plays when the cycle is done is kinda cute too.

I purchased this washer and I'm glad I did. I needed a washer that wasn't going to break the bank, yet still be a reliable washer, modern technology, that I can continuously use and count on for years. This Washer is easy to operate, there has been no confusion on what does what. No complicated menu's. Load can start as quickly as 2 - 3 buttons pressed. Washer is quieter than the average washer, more so than any washer I've used. *Easy to use & understand *Noise level is significantly low *Every load comes out clean *Transparent lid to watch it in action Best washer for my money hands down.

we originally purchased this washer in may 2021. within a couple months it started making a cranking, plastic gear grinding type sound. in sep 2021 the first repair was done to replace the clutch motor. by nov 2021 the same noise was back. the clutch motor had failed again. we were offered a replacement unit. we took delivery of that in dec 2021. by mar 2022, the same noise on the new unit was present. in jun 2022, the clutch motor was replaced. by oct 2022, the noise was back yet again. needed a new clutch motor. it is evident through a documented and repeated history, that the clutch motor itself is faulty or these units are designed in such a way that they make the clutch motor fail prematurely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve always had top washers with agitators in the middle so this was quite a change! A change for the better! This washer is amazing! It holds so many clothes in one load! I was even able to wash my giant king sized comforter with no problem at all. It came out so clean and smelling fresh. No more running it through 2-3 times after taking it out to rearrange. It has many options and water levels to choose from. I love the spot to pour in the fabric softener and liquid bleach if needed to that it is distributed evenly. I would highly recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model runs great so far, the clothes and blankets come out clean and fresh and all features seem to work great. My biggest test was a very thick sherpa king sized blanket. I folded as stated in the instruction manual and was skeptical but the cycle completed without a problem (balance or weight issue, not cleansing the blanket entirely due to bring too big/heavy/thick) and the blanket was clean and smelled fresh. This washer took care of it! We were so relieved and pleased. I wish we could change the setting manually from rinse to spin. If i want to clear some left over dirt in the washer from washing any animals blankets for their outdoor lounge beds I have to let an actual rinse/spin cycle run. Instead of just having it drop some water in the washer tub and then set it to spin/drain. Definitely no big deal!
