[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Samsung washing machine. It is pretty quiet and seems to clean my clothes well. I like the see through door. I like being able to see what's going on during cycles. I like the easy push buttons and the very simple operation of the washer. The pull out detergent drawer is super simple to remove and clean to help reduce build up. I like the location of the drawer as well. It is easy to fill. I love that the drum doesn't have a center agitator. It frees up so much space for more clothes or bigger, bulkier items. I think the child safety lock on the door is a great feature. Kids get curious and I like that the door locks preventing any unwanted accidents. I also like the cycle options. I hate the end of cycle tune. To my knowledge, there isn't a way to shut off the end of cycle tune. I don't need 25 seconds of a tune to alert me that my laundry is finished washing. I wish there was an option to turn it to a basic tone. I reached out to Samsung and they weren't able to provide any help. Because of this, I'm giving a four star review. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this Samsung washing machine. My clothes come out nice and clean and in good condition.

Worst machine I have ever owned. It does not get the clothes clean, doesnt cover the clothes with water during the wash cycle and they clothes never move! It agitates but nothing moves! my clothes continually come out smelling like dirty wash water, even after doing them a second time on rinse and spin only, and when I do this after it fills up you can see the suds, dirt, cloudy water! There are other issues I dont even want to mention it just keeps getting worse. It was the worst decision I ever made to purchase this washer. I am stuck with it because I cannot afford to buy another machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to have my washer and dryer. Let me start with the color. White on white. such a beautiful set. My washer and dryer was installed and what a perfect pair about 2 weeks ago they made sure that everything was hooked up properly down to the plugs and hoses. Fast forward I was finally able to do a few loads. My reaction to the sound of the washer was astounding. it was very quiet and had minimum vibration. When the cycle was complete and I removed the clothes you can see, feel and smell how clean they were,. When I removed them they felt almost dry - that is a great spin cycle.. The options for the washer was easy to use and very self explanatory. A twist of a knob and push of a button got you started right away. Im still getting used to some of the other features. i like the small cup section for bleach. its big enough for small comforters and blankets. I love the almost see through top, very easy to load and unload

We installed the combo washer and dryer last week to replace our older unit. We like the large load capacity drum. The machine is also quiet which is nice since it’s not bothersome while running. I am going to set up the app so I can monitor and control it remotely. We also like that the control panel is easy to understand and operate. One of the most important features of this washer is the self-clean feature. We suffered in the past with mold and smelly washers, but with self-clean, you don’t have to worry about it, you just run it every once in a while and the washer will be as fresh as the day it was installed. The washer exhibits plenty of washing options for any family size and various washing activities. Whether you need large loads or short washes…the options are plentiful.

I bought this less than 4 years ago, and it has started making an awful grinding noise whenever the drum spins. Sounds like there is failing bearing. It is so loud, that even with it behind a door, and on the other side of the house, it is deafening. Samsungs official support pages all assume any unpleasant sounds are because you installed it wrong, and as such there is no guidance on how to figure out which bearing is bad or how to replace it. Washer worked fine until recently, but this is less than a year after the 3 year extended service contract expired. Talk about planned obsolescence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer November 6th 2020. Had to have it repaired in January 2021. As soon as the technician left washed a load and the washer still was not working. Would not purchase this unit. I had to wait days to get money back

WA45T3200AW/A4 I have this washer model and was trying to find how to fill washer with hot water and leave it so I can dye some sheets. I am afraid it will drain like it always does when you pause and open lid and need to access sheets to check the process. Why can't we have the capability to do this. I agree with other comments, should be able to open lid to add more clothes etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not tell you how much I love my new Samsung Washer. It is by far and away the best washer I have ever owned. Let's start with the size. It is a perfect to fit in my small laundry area in my home, yet the capacity is great for even my larger loads because there is no annoying agitator in the center of the washer. The cleaning power is superb. Even my older dingy clothes that I will never toss (we all have that one favorite shirt and pair of jeans) even looked like they were almost brand new again. This washer is also the quietest one I have ever owned. You barely hear it as it is washing and spinning.
