[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for two months now, and it's meeting every expectation I had. The load capacity is huge, I can do one basket at a time, instead of half a basket as my old Kenmore. Granted it doesn't have the features my old Kenmore had, it does the job well beyond expectation for a machine in this price range. One of my favorite features is it is super quiet, like silent, I can wash clothes and watch a game all with the tv at a safe decibel level. If you're looking for a low-cost, low-maintenance, great washer, this is it. Side-note: if you are replacing a 2012 or older model and you don't keep up with the waste drain in your wall, snake it out and clean it out, this machine is high efficiency and the spray from the drain hose is strong, so if the drainpipe is not clean it will spill quick, but this has nothing to do with the machine only house maintenance.

It washes clothes well, but only three years later the tub cannot balance itself and repair specialists have all told me it is not worth fixing. I've tried all the "fixes" they tell you to try. Now we're stuck having to buy a new washer. Don't buy this one unless you save to buy another in two to three years. Samsung should stick with TVs because their appliances don't last.

I have to say I'm impressed with the options and features this washer has. It receives alot of use and is more than capable of handling any load of clothes I put in. I highly recommend this washer for the price.

A bed set including sheet, pillow covers and the blanket easily fits in reducing number of cycles. There are plenty of options to choose from for short cycles, for delicates, and for heavy loads etc. the dial is super intuitive. Self clean feature is excellent keeping the machine away from the build up etc. I loved the feature where you could choose the level of water and the temperature of the cycle. Overall, Samsung is a durable product line loaded with features and elegant looking.

I used to have to wash everything on the Deep wash cycle. No more! This gets everything clean on the first normal run. It also allows me to do larger loads in less time. Love this washer!

No more musty smell! I also like that I can look through the top and see it in motion! It is almost soothing to watch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a family of four including my 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter. I believe my daughter thinks she is a fashion model because I have never seen someone change outfits as many times a day as she does. We usually end up doing at least 2 loads of laundry a day, sometimes more on the weekend, so when it came time to replacing our very old washer and dryer we knew we needed one that was up to the task. The first thing I will mention that I love, is the size. Samsung has done a great job in offering a lot of space in a more compact design. My biggest complaint about whoever designs standard laundry rooms in houses is that they are not big enough, and the appliances usually stick out to the door and make it hard to maneuver around. This washing machine is slightly taller and skinnier than our old one so it fits our laundry room much better while providing more cubic space for clothes. The next thing that I truly appreciate is the noise level. It is basically non-existent. Our old washing machine sounded like a hurricane was fast approaching, the Samsung Washer is virtually silent. It also offers several great washing settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes cleaned properly every time simple and easy. I also appreciate the ability to be able to see into the washing machine which is something with a top loader that you don't think about until you have experienced it. My only semi-complaint would be that I was under the impression that the washer and dryer could be set up with the Samsung Smartthings App, but instead you have to download the Samsung Washer App and even there it is limited functionality. After spending a while on the phone with Samsung, so far we have not been able to actually connect the washing machine, but can use the diagnostic tool. At this point, we don't have any problems for me to verify that that service is working, but it appears to be. It would have been nice to control the washer via my phone & voice, but I guess that could be more of a novelty anyway and it doesn't take away from how much more convenient this washing machine makes my family's life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve always had top washers with agitators in the middle so this was quite a change! A change for the better! This washer is amazing! It holds so many clothes in one load! I was even able to wash my giant king sized comforter with no problem at all. It came out so clean and smelling fresh. No more running it through 2-3 times after taking it out to rearrange. It has many options and water levels to choose from. I love the spot to pour in the fabric softener and liquid bleach if needed to that it is distributed evenly. I would highly recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say that I am impressed with the Samsung washer would be a complete understatement. I previously had a whirlpool washer that would shake the entire house when larger items were being loaded. However, this Samsung Set is probably the quietest set that I’ve experienced. We are a family of 6, needless to say, that I do a ton of laundry on a weekly basis. Samsung is perfect for this because it fits SO much stuff which has reduced the amount of laundry I do in a week! I like that it is user friendly and straight to the point. It has many options from “water level” to “temp” and even soil level. I also like that it has the option for delicate and bedding. The washer is large enough for a Queen comforter. Our whirlpool washer could not fit this size comforter. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye. I went with the white washer with chrome knobs. With our previous washing machine, I had to pour the detergent into the actual machine itself making such a mess, but this washing machine comes with a compartment for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach! Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the capacity of the washing machine. It was well worth the money
