Samsung Products Are The Best!!

Fantastic purchase

I love this washer I've had it almost a year and have had no issues with it it's quiet I can finally wash my large blankets and comforters the only thing is occasionally a code will pop up I can't find my book and there's a code that will pop up that says foresee on it and I don't know what it means so if anybody can help me figure out what this means I would appreciate it but otherwise I'm very very happy with this washer

Buyer Beware

Purchased in 2021, and for the last 2 and half years it consistently gets an “unbalanced code”. Washing a load of clothes takes FOREVER. I have had it repaired and it worked okay for about a month. I hate I purchased this washer. Now I am in search of a new washer

Horrible Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer November 6th 2020. Had to have it repaired in January 2021. As soon as the technician left washed a load and the washer still was not working. Would not purchase this unit. I had to wait days to get money back

Terrible Washing Machine

This is by far the worst appliance I have ever purchased. Have owned this machine for about a year or two and it has almost immediately stopped working as soon as the warranty was up. It constantly unbalanced for even the most normal laundry loads. Opening the lid once it unlocks, and moving items around to rebalance does not fix the issue. Each time you attempt to fix, it goes back to the rinse cycle using more water, which is expensive where I live and we have quotas in what can be used each month, only to be unbalanced again. In the end, you have to pull sopping wet items from the machine and allow them to air dry, or take hours to dry in a dryer because they are so wet. The issues make doing laundry a multi day process.

Decent but annoying machine

washer and matching dryer plays super annoying music at the end of the cycle i understand that some people may like this but obviously samsung knows that others do not because it can be muted on their more expensive machines. had i known about the music i would've bought a different brand now i have to go through the time and effort to return these and get something different

HORRIBLE

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a washing machine. It's always off balance.🙄 It sounds like its going jump out the laundry room . We are so miserable. Please be ware!! Don't waste your money on this washing machine. I wouldn't even want it if it was free.

Love it

Great Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after my old washer finally died. Love the customizable settings and large wash tub! It's very quiet while running and the tune it plays when done is a nice touch. My clothes even seem to come out dryer than they did with my old machine. I would definitely recommend this machine.
