New Washer is a big impovement!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and the functionality of the new washer. My water bill went down by half! I also appreciate that it holds a lot more laundry then my old one. So it has cut down on the loads that I do weekly.
Works for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but as many have said the water level never truly soaks all the close no matter the setting selections. If you happen to wash a heavy load, say 7 towels it gets stuck in a 4C error code and you need to restart the whole cycle by powering on and off. Does not truly remove food particles on clothes takes 2 washes. Might be bc of the water level.

Known Issues Regarding Unbalanced Errors
Less than 3 years old, the washer constantly shakes violently and then stops the wash cycle with an error of "Unbalanced". Even if you wash just 4 t-shirts it will give the same error. My floor is completely level and I've tried every resolution Samsung has suggested. After some research, I discovered that many other people have the same problem with this washing machine and the issue is caused by faulty suspension rods. After hundreds of complaints I'm not sure why Samsung wouldn't consider this a recall and fix the recurring issue. Getting this serviced would be at least the cost of a new machine. I own several Samsung appliances but this one is definitely a lemon.

Awesome washer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer! It has tons of settings without being too complicated. I have 2 kids and a husband that gets DIRTY at work. I used to have to wash everything on the Deep wash cycle. No more! This gets everything clean on the first normal run. It also allows me to do larger loads in less time. Love this washer!
Don’t waste your money
Worst washer I have ever had. Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore that cleaned better at 17 years old than this washer did on day one. The clothes come out covered with lint and debris looking dirtier than when they went in. There isn’t a lint trap to clean and the manual has very limited instructions. So disappointed. I expected more from Samsung products.
Hello Kathy, Let's go forward and check for possible resolution on your Samsung washer. For this model of a washer, a lint trap is not available. A mesh filter is supplied which you can find in the water hose connection of your washer. Please see the step-by-step instruction below on how to clean the mesh filter. Clean the mesh filter of the water hose once or twice a year. 1. Turn off the washer, and then unplug the power cord. 2. Close the faucet. 3. Loosen and disconnect the water hose from the back of the washer. Cover the hose with a cloth to prevent water from gushing out. 4. Use pliers to pull out the mesh filter from the inlet valve. 5. Submerge the mesh filter deeply in water so that the threaded connector is also submerged. 6. Dry the mesh filter completely in a shaded area. 7. Reinsert the mesh filter into the inlet valve, and reconnect the water hose to the inlet valve. 8. Open the faucet. longtime samsung customer with phones, tv's etc. i decided to try their washer/dryer. stay away from this washer! the washer is under repaired for the second time. brand new, came defective no hot water coming out of the washer. the technician replaced the computer board and the control console. how is that possible? 2 repairs in a few weeks. we had a kenmore washer/dryer for over 30years no issues until it finally gave out. samsung customer service was no help, all they did was read from the script. bought a brand new defective washer in repair twice already. stay away. samsung - stick with phones and tv's , washers are not your thing.

PLEASE please
Samsung washer model wa45n3050aw/a4. Serial 0fx45 ddmb07769a 15.11.2019 still has major problems as showed in posting in 2016 & 2017 etc. I can only use cycle DElicate,cold-tem,med-water level with a very small load. The other cycles are the same as stated in comments in prior years. The drum goes crazy and can not complete a load just wasting water. I am the only person using the washer so it’s not wornout. It’s got to be replaced PLEASE

Quality built set

I bought this set to replace my whirlpool set and the difference in quality is noticeable. The set is efficient and the noise level is low compared to many other brands I have purchased. Fantastic purchase
I love this washer I've had it almost a year and have had no issues with it it's quiet I can finally wash my large blankets and comforters the only thing is occasionally a code will pop up I can't find my book and there's a code that will pop up that says foresee on it and I don't know what it means so if anybody can help me figure out what this means I would appreciate it but otherwise I'm very very happy with this washer
Samsung washing machine without agitator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and very happy with my purchase. I was going from a very old 2000 basic washer and appreciate all the option on this washer. My clothes get washed thoroughly even in big loads. I don’t have any problems with wrinkles. I even have washed large bedding in it and it does a fantastic job! One thing I wish I had as an option was to get water from the washer. I’m used to a washing machine filling with the lid up… and of course this one the lid closes and locks and then the water starts. So if you want to dilute the bleach or anything you can’t from the washer. But besides that one technicality, the washing machine is amazing and does everything it claims to do!
