[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace my GE washer. This was my first Samsung appliance purchase. The washer has a lot of great features and the convenient self clean cycle however the wash cycles are long. The shortest cycle is the quick wash which still takes 40 minutes.

longtime samsung customer with phones, tv's etc. i decided to try their washer/dryer. stay away from this washer! the washer is under repaired for the second time. brand new, came defective no hot water coming out of the washer. the technician replaced the computer board and the control console. how is that possible? 2 repairs in a few weeks. we had a kenmore washer/dryer for over 30years no issues until it finally gave out. samsung customer service was no help, all they did was read from the script. bought a brand new defective washer in repair twice already. stay away. samsung - stick with phones and tv's , washers are not your thing.

We had recently started to experience issues with our old washer and dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. Two nice gentlemen arrived within the scheduled delivery window wearing proper protection. They came in, took a peek at the location with the old set, and prepared to execute. The entire process to remove my old set and install the new set took about 25 minutes with a tight turn and stairwell. After the install and allow the break-in cycle to complete, we started doing our weekly laundry. We were concerned about the machines' size as they had a smaller footprint than our older set. I'm here to tell you that the washer hides it's 4.5 CU FT well!! The capacity was ample for our needs, and the unit had a generous selection of cycles for our clothes. The machine is quiet, and we were greeted with a nice jingle that ALMOST made me happy about doing laundry . The buttons on both units make them easy to use, but I will say that you must read the manuals to understand all the features and button combos truly. We're happy about our purchase and look forward to years of clean laundry.

Do Not Buy! Save your Sanity!! I have currently been trying to wash 3 pairs of pajamas pants for the past 2 hours. It keeps going unbalanced and sounds like it is going to blow through the flow. This has been an ongoing nightmare. I will never buy a washer again with no agitator and I will never buy another samsung appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not tell you how much I love my new Samsung Washer. It is by far and away the best washer I have ever owned. Let's start with the size. It is a perfect to fit in my small laundry area in my home, yet the capacity is great for even my larger loads because there is no annoying agitator in the center of the washer. The cleaning power is superb. Even my older dingy clothes that I will never toss (we all have that one favorite shirt and pair of jeans) even looked like they were almost brand new again. This washer is also the quietest one I have ever owned. You barely hear it as it is washing and spinning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top load Samsung washer is a super powerful machine with options such as normal, heavy duty, bedding, deep wash, quick wash and self wash. It is deep enough and has a great capacity reducing the number of cycles each week. For a family of four, I used to run four cycles each week and with Samsung I am done in two cycles. I also love water options of high, medium and low if you are trying to conserve resources. The temperature options are great too, I love the eco option for gentle temperature. The machine is great for delicates too with shorter cycle time. I love quick wash option too for smaller loads. The interface is super intuitive as I didn’t have to read the manual and figure it out. The self clean feature is great. I recommend using this option at least once a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference. The old washer would try to take off. The new Samsung with the Vibration Reduction Technology is very quiet. My wife does not like all the different choices to wash with. She thinks we got a computer instead of a washing machine. The washer has a good capacity for larger loads. Self cleaning has kept the moldy smell away. Everything is working well after 3 weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great price. Tons of washing mode options Not having an agitator is where it's at. The thing is huge! Like, however big your thinking, but wayyy bigger. I have to use a stool to reach things on the bottom and I'm 5'3"

I have this washer 5 days and when it starts to wash it just continues to make a grinding noise. Such loud grinding noise. And it continues. I asked home depot where i bought it. And two of the ladies that work there said this was so for them to. They had this washer. Loud noise and they just said they close the door so they do not hear the noise. I feel it should not make this sound at all. So far keeping an eye on this washer. Please let me know if it is suppose to make the awful noise. Of my past 2 washer I own, Never made a sound.

I'm able to wash large loads, including blankets and thick quilts without any problems. I love the water conservation features with four levels of water capacity along with the different cycles for how to wash each load. It's quiet and cleans thoroughly -- a great purchase!
