I’ve never been more obsessed with a washer in my life. Don’t walk ; Run I tell you run to go and get you one just like it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first top load washer and we love it. We've always had front load machines and they worked ok but there's a noticeable difference with this top load machine from Samsung. The inside space is huge while still keeping the average size washer frame. I know there's options for other machines that have some more wash options and additional controls but this ones perfect for us. The control panel is easy to understand and there's plenty of options for us to get our clothes perfectly clean. With 8 cycles to choose from we haven't had a chance to use them all just yet. For smaller loads we love the quick wash option, gets them done quickly with a small amount of water and the spin cycle gets a good amount of water out and makes things easier for my dryer. We usually use the normal setting at cold temps or eco warm when needed and haven't had an issue with cleanliness or odor at all. This is such welcome news for us in our house and will hopefully extend the life of our clothing as well. We wanted to give the washer a chance before getting the dryer but we're so impressed with this machine that we're now shopping for the matching dryer. We actually look forward to doing laundry now!

Just received my washer & just to try I washed 2 medium sized towels on Quick wash which turned out to be an hour. Did full loads in my old washer in about the same time. Also there is no option to do a warm wash & cold rinse. I'll revisit this after I do a full load but I'm hoping it isn't a 3 hour event. Also hoping the spin cycle does a better job.

Less than 3 years old, the washer constantly shakes violently and then stops the wash cycle with an error of "Unbalanced". Even if you wash just 4 t-shirts it will give the same error. My floor is completely level and I've tried every resolution Samsung has suggested. After some research, I discovered that many other people have the same problem with this washing machine and the issue is caused by faulty suspension rods. After hundreds of complaints I'm not sure why Samsung wouldn't consider this a recall and fix the recurring issue. Getting this serviced would be at least the cost of a new machine. I own several Samsung appliances but this one is definitely a lemon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few months ago, and it is just great. I love the water level sensing option. I love that it gives me an approximate time the load will finish so I can set an alarm. It cleans well.

Bought washer based on review ratings. My washer does not manage the temperature resulting in all wash loads being in cold water. If I set it for hot only the water is warm. Technician from store where machine was purchased it checked hoses which were not blocked. Owner’s manual suggested that as a possible problem. The store from which washer was purchased replaced washer. It works no better. I pause washer to check temp. Still cold. Oddly enough, while we’re used to hot water being on left this washer’s connections have the cold on the left and hot on the right per instructions on the washer. The technician confirmed connections are correct. Second issue: there was an option for an agitator. I chose without. When washing bedding, part of the bedding remains above the water level even if set on High water level.

This is the second set of washer/dryer from Samsung I've purchased and the new one is even better. It has plenty of room to fit queen size comforter with ease. The vibration reduction makes it wash and spin dry noticeably quieter than before. It's also very easy to use and gets every job done nicely. This great basic washer is just perfect for my family of 4. "Samsung" never ever disappoints me.

longtime samsung customer with phones, tv's etc. i decided to try their washer/dryer. stay away from this washer! the washer is under repaired for the second time. brand new, came defective no hot water coming out of the washer. the technician replaced the computer board and the control console. how is that possible? 2 repairs in a few weeks. we had a kenmore washer/dryer for over 30years no issues until it finally gave out. samsung customer service was no help, all they did was read from the script. bought a brand new defective washer in repair twice already. stay away. samsung - stick with phones and tv's , washers are not your thing.
