So far, I am impressed by not just how efficiently it cleans, but how quietly it performs. I can make a phone call without being interrupted by the sound of it washing. Truly a dream come true.

I love this washer I've had it almost a year and have had no issues with it it's quiet I can finally wash my large blankets and comforters the only thing is occasionally a code will pop up I can't find my book and there's a code that will pop up that says foresee on it and I don't know what it means so if anybody can help me figure out what this means I would appreciate it but otherwise I'm very very happy with this washer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The active water jet it nice, but only does cold water. The washer is massive a lot of capacity, but doesn’t really clean very well. Without a centre actually agitation if you use 3/4 of the washer your clothes won’t be very clean. Finishing cleaning noise is the most annoying thing in the world also.

we just got our samsung washer delivered my husband installed it himself super easy and we are already doing laundry. it's a beautiful machine rubber on the bottom so it doesn't scratch dark lid and it's not noisy at all i would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good quality washing machine with lots of features at a reasonable price we are very satisfied.

It washes clothes well, but only three years later the tub cannot balance itself and repair specialists have all told me it is not worth fixing. I've tried all the "fixes" they tell you to try. Now we're stuck having to buy a new washer. Don't buy this one unless you save to buy another in two to three years. Samsung should stick with TVs because their appliances don't last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the job done, but with several annoyances. You cant turn the alarm off, so it will always chime (and for way too long) at the end of cycle. It always starts up on warm water instead of the one you last used so you have to push the temp button several times until it gets to cold. The highest water level setting only fills up slightly more than half way, but so far it does clean the clothes just fine.

I probably should’ve written this a lot sooner, but have been happy with having a new washer in general. However, after some months it’s been challenging to use so here’s my review: this washer is not made for shorter people. For reference, I am 5’1” and have a really hard time reaching the bottom of the washing machine to take out our clothes. I have been washing clothes my whole life and never have had this issue with a top load washer before. This is also one of the smallest size washing machines they have. My mother is 5’2” and also has the same issue with her Samsung model (unsure of size). Just because someone is not as tall, we shouldn’t have to be forced to purchase a more expensive front load washer. It really is a shame. I unfortunately need to use a step stool, which is very inconvenient, and forget about when I have a big pregnant belly.

Only wish is that the volume for the musical chime indicating washing complete could be adjusted. But that's obviously a very minor concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference. The old washer would try to take off. The new Samsung with the Vibration Reduction Technology is very quiet. My wife does not like all the different choices to wash with. She thinks we got a computer instead of a washing machine. The washer has a good capacity for larger loads. Self cleaning has kept the moldy smell away. Everything is working well after 3 weeks of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung top load washer is very capable machine that exceeds my expectation. We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.
