[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new washer. It's slim build makes it easy to get into laundry area without taking up so much space, but its large mouth gives you the capacity to load more than you would think. Easy controls. Simply display. Silent vibrations.

Great Performance, VRT Plus is a Great Feature, had other brands and they shook all over the floor. Put this one in a ‘washing machine pan’ , and really no problems. I’m ready to purchase a new Samsung, will be my third. They last 5-7 Years that’s it. This one heavy rust around the soap tray. Hope Samsung remedy this issue, maybe with Polymers or SS above the Tray. Getting a new Samsung Dryer too. There the same Good performance, (Very Dusty), but does the job. Changed a pump on the washer, easy fix, part was available. If it wasn’t for the rust I would keep it.

i bought this washing on 8/27/21 and i must say i love it; it is easy to use and love that it is quiet and love the sound it makes when finished. i love all the features. so far - i don't any issues since i have only had for 5 days so far. my only issue right now was trying to register the product - but i just called them and they register the product for me. no pictures or videos at this time - i am in love with this washing machine. my whirlpool lasted me 23 years and i hope this samsung can and will last me about this same time. being a single retired army vet - i cannot be buying washing machine every 6 years. so i am praying that it will last at least 20 years!!!. thanks for allowing me to post my review.

samsung's smart washer automatic temperature control (atc) doesn't know the definition of hot water. there's no way to override atc, either. "..in those regulation cycles, hot temperature is similar to acceptable adult bath-water temperature." -user manual no adult would take a bath in that water. if i want warm water, i would select warm water. the only way to get enough hot water into the tub is to turn off the cold water supply. if this information was disclosed at the time of purchase, i would not have bought this washer. $600 is down the drain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is amazing. It replaced our 15 year old machine. It was like going into the future. It is nice and quiet. It uses less water than our previous washer. It has a view window (which the kids love). It can determine the amount inside which makes it more efficient. A very nice machine. I have used the many different cycles from heavy to light to spin and rinse. All of them are great!. The washing machine holds two full laundry baskets, it is really massive. When thinking about my old washer, I can not believe we used such a model. This is far superior in capacity, sound, cleaning , and water usage. By far the best feature is that it can sense how large of a load is in the machine. I use it every single time. It makes washing clothes easier. It is nice to see through the top to see how things are going as well.

I love how it sings to me when the load is done. I will for now on be purchasing Samsung appliances. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can adjust the water level, which you can verify by looking through the clear lid. also with no center adjuster, larger items such as blankets and stuff wash better since there is no center agitator for stuff to wrap around .

I love this washer I've had it almost a year and have had no issues with it it's quiet I can finally wash my large blankets and comforters the only thing is occasionally a code will pop up I can't find my book and there's a code that will pop up that says foresee on it and I don't know what it means so if anybody can help me figure out what this means I would appreciate it but otherwise I'm very very happy with this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 25 year old GE washer. The only feature we don't like is the locking lid. We understand its a safety feature so its just annoying when you dropped a sock or need to add the forgot pair of pants. Yeah you can pause it and it will unlock but it's just an extra step. Other than that, it cleans well!
