Competing with whirlpool, GE, and other brands. No smell, quick washing, efficient, not too loud, and more. I haven't tried anything too crazy to wash with it but even with bedding and more it's done great.

Is a good washer that I would highly recommend to all my family and friends. Leaves your clothes very clean and is amazing. The ActiveWave agitator and vibration is amazing since you can't hear the sound on the machine. Is not loud as the one I used to have. I have tried all the different settings but I love the deep wash and delicate as I have kids. I can fit more clothes than before. Would definitely like to try for a Samsung dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problem from the start. Doesn't rince on normal cycle. Also don't put out any code for a problem but it had more than one issue. Always went to rince and spin when powered on, never did high spin cycle. Repair guy put in a new board which fixed other issues but still don't rince on normal cycle unless you use the extra rince and then does two complete rince cycles that takes forever and waste water. I'm not impressed. Took a week just to get an appointment for repair and no response yet when I told him still not working. I didn't pay that much to babysit a new one, could have done that with my old one 🤬

I've had this a year and I love it! My clothes are cleaner than my not so old Maytag (huge waste of money). It's so quiet. It agitates at different speeds and the tub is huge, if you wash blankets and such. I can puts a load of towels in, put it on high water and they come out perfect. I usually just use the medium setting with the water set at eco/warm. I don't have a large family, but if I did, I would LOVE this washer!

It has been one of the best big purchases we’ve made. It has many different settings for load type and even has a cute notification music to let you know when it’s done. I will tell you that I am 5 ‘1 and the machine holds a ton and is deep and I do have to stand on my tippy toes to get the last of the clothes. Overall best purchase ! I recommend highly.

First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer November of last year. This model is a 4.5 cu. ft. and it’s big enough to fit two loads. I’m 5’3”and I do tippie toe to get to the bottom of the washer. I don’t see use of its agitator to wash clothing but works to detangle clothing when washer has a full load. The best about this washer that I love is the faucet for pre-stained clothing and bleach dispenser. The bleach dispenser really well on white clothing that leaves clothing really white. I gave this washer a 3 Star because I don’t find use of features like the detergent dispenser and softener dispenser as well.

the machine i have, on the normal setting, does not fill with water on the rinse portion of the cycle. service has been efficient and boards have been changed. but the problem exists rendering the normal setting useless. tech support has not identified any error codes. therefore i believe this machine has a design flaw. i was told "just don't use that setting". however that setting is appropriate for most loads of wash. and i paid for a machine with 6 wash settings not 5. this is an excellent machine i am pleased in every way accept for not being able to use the preferred setting. if i could use normal the rating would be 5 star! at this point i would not recommend a samsung washer to anyone!

I wanted a cheaper washing machine that can do all the important things and this one fits the bill! It has self wash and even a reminder on when you should use that function to clean the washing machine! I got the agitator version, because I have always used that version and never had any issue. The washing machine is simple to use - you have presets to choose from or you can adjust the settings as you see fit. You can select different water level in case you want to conserve more water, or if you want more water so that you can let the clothes soak. Lastly, we love the soft-close lid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer almost a year, and with the exception of a hot water valve going bad, replaced under warranty, it's been great. I will admit I'm still getting use to it being HE and not getting the old school hot water cycle.
