I’ve been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I’m looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine 6 months ago as part of new home construction. Absolutely love how it cleans clothes with no center drum to tear clothing. Love all the settings. Even plays musical tunes when cycle is complete.

we bought this washer in may and i wish we never purchased it. it has ruined so many pieces of clothing by stretching out the collars and shirts turning. we now have to take our clothes we don’t want ruined to the dry cleaner. samsung has sent 5 technicians out and while we agree there isnt a piece of the machine that is broken, it is still causing damage to our clothes. we are so dissatisfied and asked for an exchange but they said we have to buy a new one!! i am never buying from them again. brand new shirts and dresses have been destroyed. customer service has been a nightmare and we wait on hold for over an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this Samsung washer! Stylish in white, quite affordable, easy to use with a great variety of settings. Especially appreciate the large tub with impeller that easily handles our large comforters with ease! And the coolest thing? A little happy tune ("Die Forelle" by Schubert, a real classical song) that plays once the wash cycle completes. It livens up my mood, making wash day happier, and more pleasant than standard harsh buzzers. Even our Airedale Terrier enjoys its melody! I've read where tune can be turned off, but why would you? I also own matching dryer with same perks and cute little tune. Kudos, Samsung.

we had our washer delivered to us in july. since then the clothes are increasingly not coming out clean and there is a dank smell from inside the washer. self cleaning the washing machine and using the extra rinse and varying water levels does not appear to address the situation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had many washers over the years and I have to say that this Samsung washer, I am really impressed with. I love that it doesn’t have an agitator in the middle which make the capacity so much more than other washers. I can do huge loads of laundry in one single pop! The clothes come out smelling fantastic and feel that they’re nice and clean. I like that you can add fabric softener and bleach in separate sections that drip over your clothes slowly. It isn’t too loud either and it plays a nice little tune when the cycle is over. I would highly recommend this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer! It has tons of settings without being too complicated. I have 2 kids and a husband that gets DIRTY at work. I used to have to wash everything on the Deep wash cycle. No more! This gets everything clean on the first normal run. It also allows me to do larger loads in less time. Love this washer!

My mom, cousin, and I all bought this same washer over a year ago and we've all had the same problems 1st it stop spinning and we all replace the same part. The springs. 2nd the hot water inlet valve doesn't shut of on mines and my mom so now we has to replace that part to keep water from running the whole cycle. We are very disappointed in this product.

I had a similar washer but a different brand and this one is definitely better. It doesn't shake around as much and gets the clothes cleaner. I did a half dozen pair of jeans and as many shirts in a single load. Everything came out great.

The only reason im not giving a full 5-stars is because of the time it takes for initial startup. I understand, due to the electronic sensors, it takes a little longer to initialize, but I do wish it would start washing as soon as the cycle starts. That being said, I absolutely love this product! It has thorough wash, rinse, and spin cycles. Each wash setting is customizable.
