Amazing Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this amazing Washer at a very deep discount in exchange for an honest review. First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend!
Do Not Buy
Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

The worst
this by far is not a energy efficient washer. the time it takes to complete a load is ridiculous if the load becomes un balanced. i've spent several weekends wasting time washing clothes due to that. that's not the main kicker, it'll actually start itself over to go back thru the whole cycle again. i didn't buy a washer to end up taking my clothes to the laundromat i brought it to wash my clothes in the convince of my home. i also didn't buy to see an increase i my utility bill. it's a piece of garbage. not worth the price they're asking.

I love this washer!

Your Laundry Room Can Be Your New Happy Place
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this Samsung washer! Stylish in white, quite affordable, easy to use with a great variety of settings. Especially appreciate the large tub with impeller that easily handles our large comforters with ease! And the coolest thing? A little happy tune ("Die Forelle" by Schubert, a real classical song) that plays once the wash cycle completes. It livens up my mood, making wash day happier, and more pleasant than standard harsh buzzers. Even our Airedale Terrier enjoys its melody! I've read where tune can be turned off, but why would you? I also own matching dryer with same perks and cute little tune. Kudos, Samsung.
Bad control board issues.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problem from the start. Doesn't rince on normal cycle. Also don't put out any code for a problem but it had more than one issue. Always went to rince and spin when powered on, never did high spin cycle. Repair guy put in a new board which fixed other issues but still don't rince on normal cycle unless you use the extra rince and then does two complete rince cycles that takes forever and waste water. I'm not impressed. Took a week just to get an appointment for repair and no response yet when I told him still not working. I didn't pay that much to babysit a new one, could have done that with my old one 🤬

I love all the features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung washing machine about three months ago and I enjoy every time I use it. It have more features than any washer I ever had at 80 years young I have gone through a lot name brand of washer, believe me. It does the best job of cleaning and I just love the little tune at the end of the wash to alert me that my laundry is done.
To sing is to Samsung
Since we have had this washer, it's done nothing but do what a washers supposed to do. The agitator works great in making sure all the clothes gets washed and comes out looking and smelling clean. The only compliant or issue I can make is how the loads get unbalanced. Have since learned using auto level and have had no issues. Great washer and great product.
Don't buy this washer
I've had this washer now for 1 month and it's awful. It takes so much more water than my front loader to get the clothes all wet and all it does is push the clothes back and forth and doesn't seem to really do a decent job of washing. Clothes come out with the same stains as when they went in the washer. I called customer support today because I noticed that when I was washing with hot water the water was just warm and warm water was cold. I waited for the washer to fill and paused it to check the temp and I thought something was wrong with it. Was told that is how it is because of energy efficiency. What kind of crap is that?

Don’t waste your money
Worst washer I have ever had. Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore that cleaned better at 17 years old than this washer did on day one. The clothes come out covered with lint and debris looking dirtier than when they went in. There isn’t a lint trap to clean and the manual has very limited instructions. So disappointed. I expected more from Samsung products.
Hello Kathy, Let's go forward and check for possible resolution on your Samsung washer. For this model of a washer, a lint trap is not available. A mesh filter is supplied which you can find in the water hose connection of your washer. Please see the step-by-step instruction below on how to clean the mesh filter. Clean the mesh filter of the water hose once or twice a year. 1. Turn off the washer, and then unplug the power cord. 2. Close the faucet. 3. Loosen and disconnect the water hose from the back of the washer. Cover the hose with a cloth to prevent water from gushing out. 4. Use pliers to pull out the mesh filter from the inlet valve. 5. Submerge the mesh filter deeply in water so that the threaded connector is also submerged. 6. Dry the mesh filter completely in a shaded area. 7. Reinsert the mesh filter into the inlet valve, and reconnect the water hose to the inlet valve. 8. Open the faucet.
