Best Washing machine ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine 6 months ago as part of new home construction. Absolutely love how it cleans clothes with no center drum to tear clothing. Love all the settings. Even plays musical tunes when cycle is complete.
Annoying "features"...
Just got this washer - 2 things I already hate: 1. No way to turn OFF beeps and "end of wash" 30 second "melody". Insane!! 2. When you press power button, the default water level setting for "Normal" wash is "Extra High" and water Temp is "Warm". Why on earth doesn't water level default to "Auto Level" and Temp to "Eco Warm"? Very wasteful of water and energy to warm the water.
Our goal is to ensure that your washer is functioning at its best. Let us help you, TimF. I have shared the manual to learn more about the basic operations regarding the washer's "Temperature" and Water Level" operations. Please read through pages 31-32 for reference: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202306/20230630150436152/DC68-03850D-06_IB_WA3200T_EN_CFR_MES_R_230628.pdf Should you require further assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. works but annoying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the job done, but with several annoyances. You cant turn the alarm off, so it will always chime (and for way too long) at the end of cycle. It always starts up on warm water instead of the one you last used so you have to push the temp button several times until it gets to cold. The highest water level setting only fills up slightly more than half way, but so far it does clean the clothes just fine.
Hi there, We understand how you feel regarding this washer. We are here to assist you. The end-of-cycle alarm is a way for the washer to notify the customer that the cycle has been completed. Please see page 59 of the user manual for the default temperature for each cycle and page 31 on how to change the temperature. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202407/20240725162513128/DC68-03850D-07_IB_WA3200T_EN.pdf The full load would fill up about 3/4 of the washer which is ideal to achieve best results. Working out for the better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Six months In with my washer and I’m well satisfied thus far. Plenty of load room, energy efficient and quiet. I’ve been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I’m looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.
The worst
this by far is not a energy efficient washer. the time it takes to complete a load is ridiculous if the load becomes un balanced. i've spent several weekends wasting time washing clothes due to that. that's not the main kicker, it'll actually start itself over to go back thru the whole cycle again. i didn't buy a washer to end up taking my clothes to the laundromat i brought it to wash my clothes in the convince of my home. i also didn't buy to see an increase i my utility bill. it's a piece of garbage. not worth the price they're asking.

STAY AWAY
longtime samsung customer with phones, tv's etc. i decided to try their washer/dryer. stay away from this washer! the washer is under repaired for the second time. brand new, came defective no hot water coming out of the washer. the technician replaced the computer board and the control console. how is that possible? 2 repairs in a few weeks. we had a kenmore washer/dryer for over 30years no issues until it finally gave out. samsung customer service was no help, all they did was read from the script. bought a brand new defective washer in repair twice already. stay away. samsung - stick with phones and tv's , washers are not your thing.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I received my washer and dryer last week and I absolutely love them. The first use was a run cycle and it was so quiet. The second use I washed towels and when I tell you , you could see the difference in how well it cleaned them . I also love how big the drum in the machines are. I am able to wash my king sized comforter with ease and it doesn't seem compacted in the machine. So far so good. I'll add more in the future if things change. Update So I've used the dryer weekly and it works great drying all of my clothing. Everything is completely dried when the cycle ends. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because when I dried my comforter it had to go 2 cycles before being completely dried. Other than that I really live the dryer. Update We love the washer. It cleans our clothes very well. My daughter said her white t shirts are like brand new. I love the self clean option on the washer it's a great idea on a large appliance. Another favorite feature is the quiet vibration. I never know when it's washing. When the song comes on at the end is when I remember I put a load in. The smart care app for the samsung products can also be very useful if you have to diagnose an issue. Overall 5 stars for me
Don’t waste your money
Worst washer I have ever had. Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore that cleaned better at 17 years old than this washer did on day one. The clothes come out covered with lint and debris looking dirtier than when they went in. There isn’t a lint trap to clean and the manual has very limited instructions. So disappointed. I expected more from Samsung products.
Hello Kathy, Let's go forward and check for possible resolution on your Samsung washer. For this model of a washer, a lint trap is not available. A mesh filter is supplied which you can find in the water hose connection of your washer. Please see the step-by-step instruction below on how to clean the mesh filter. Clean the mesh filter of the water hose once or twice a year. 1. Turn off the washer, and then unplug the power cord. 2. Close the faucet. 3. Loosen and disconnect the water hose from the back of the washer. Cover the hose with a cloth to prevent water from gushing out. 4. Use pliers to pull out the mesh filter from the inlet valve. 5. Submerge the mesh filter deeply in water so that the threaded connector is also submerged. 6. Dry the mesh filter completely in a shaded area. 7. Reinsert the mesh filter into the inlet valve, and reconnect the water hose to the inlet valve. 8. Open the faucet. For reference, turn to page 43 of the washer's user manual for cleaning the mesh filter: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202301/20230103172844107/WA3200T_UM_DC68-03850D-05_EN_CFR_MES_R.pdf Should you need support in the future, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. What we should expect for the brand "Samsung"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of Samsung appliances for pretty long. This is the second set of washer/dryer from Samsung I've purchased and the new one is even better. It has plenty of room to fit queen size comforter with ease. The vibration reduction makes it wash and spin dry noticeably quieter than before. It's also very easy to use and gets every job done nicely. This great basic washer is just perfect for my family of 4. "Samsung" never ever disappoints me.
