The translucent top is stylish and it has a few electronic changes, one in particular is that you can start and restart it between any cycle. I'm guessing that if I had purchased a higher end model it wouldn't be so noisy.

This Samsung washer is definitely making it easier to get more wash done. The drum is so big, it holds much more clothes than our old washer. It's also big enough to wash comforters and other larger items. No more trips to the laundromat to wash bulky stuff. I like all the adjustments you can make to the water level and temperature. It's a great way to conserve water and energy. The wash time is good also. It doesn't seem like it takes very long. Then again, my old washer kept getting stuck on some of the cycles. The detergent and softener drawer is great. Now I know the detergent is getting evenly distributed in the wash. I love the cute tune it plays when it is finished. Everything comes out nice and clean. I am very happy with this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve always had top washers with agitators in the middle so this was quite a change! A change for the better! This washer is amazing! It holds so many clothes in one load! I was even able to wash my giant king sized comforter with no problem at all. It came out so clean and smelling fresh. No more running it through 2-3 times after taking it out to rearrange. It has many options and water levels to choose from. I love the spot to pour in the fabric softener and liquid bleach if needed to that it is distributed evenly. I would highly recommend this washer!

With the amount of washing we have as a young family we needed a reliable, efficient and smart solution. After extensive research, it was evident that the Samsung 3200 Series Top Load Washer is definitely the leader in this space. Following the delivery of our new machine (the delivery guys were great and only took 20 minutes to get us up and running), it was time to give them a test drive. After carrying 4 baskets of washing down to our laundry room, we were amazed that the 4.5 cu. ft capacity was more than ample space finally reducing the number of loads we now need to do each week. The aesthetically beautiful design is great on the eye. We love the top load see-through lid (fitted with a child lock for enhanced safety) and the digital display with 5 temperature settings and 8 wash/rinse cycles, as well as the easy to understand controls which are both consistent across the washer and dryer in this series. We love the vibration reduction technology and the silence of the washer. Also, we all know what it likes when something doesn't work right - this product has a Smart Care troubleshooting function that you simply access an app and the solutions to your problems are there. In general, our family is really impressed by this amazing washer. Its design and performance are already reducing our water and power bills thanks to the larger capacity, and efficiency this machine offers. If you are in the market for a washing machine, look no further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model runs great so far, the clothes and blankets come out clean and fresh and all features seem to work great. My biggest test was a very thick sherpa king sized blanket. I folded as stated in the instruction manual and was skeptical but the cycle completed without a problem (balance or weight issue, not cleansing the blanket entirely due to bring too big/heavy/thick) and the blanket was clean and smelled fresh. This washer took care of it! We were so relieved and pleased. I wish we could change the setting manually from rinse to spin. If i want to clear some left over dirt in the washer from washing any animals blankets for their outdoor lounge beds I have to let an actual rinse/spin cycle run. Instead of just having it drop some water in the washer tub and then set it to spin/drain. Definitely no big deal!

After exactly 3 years I can't use the washer. It will not complete the spin cycle. Shakes so bad and the drum has dropped significantly. I had the suspension rods replaced, but did not fix the problem. I am a grandmother raising 2 grandsons, 1 with special needs. I can not put more money into it and I can not get a new washer. This has kept me up at night and brings me to tears. A washer should last more than 3 years! I bought a new set just for the reason it would last longer. But here I am, no washer!

Less than 4 years of owning, we've had issues of dirty residue accumulating inside having to perform self clean sometimes 1 or 2 times a month and a constant issue of unbalancing. The machine slams itself over and over signaling an unbalanced load, pauses then has to repeat itself making loads take hours upon hours if it actually completes a load. We're currently looking into servicing the unit but I am suspecting after doing much research on the unit that it will be all for naught since reports I have read is that repairs do not last and are highly expensive. We're looking into replacement washers as well that are NOT Samsung.

i bought this washing on 8/27/21 and i must say i love it; it is easy to use and love that it is quiet and love the sound it makes when finished. i love all the features. so far - i don't any issues since i have only had for 5 days so far. my only issue right now was trying to register the product - but i just called them and they register the product for me. no pictures or videos at this time - i am in love with this washing machine. my whirlpool lasted me 23 years and i hope this samsung can and will last me about this same time. being a single retired army vet - i cannot be buying washing machine every 6 years. so i am praying that it will last at least 20 years!!!. thanks for allowing me to post my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this based on the ratings and reviews I could find. So far, I have not been disappointed. The only negative is I am short and can't reach the bottom of the tub after the clothes finish. I have to use some tongs.

I've had this washer now for 1 month and it's awful. It takes so much more water than my front loader to get the clothes all wet and all it does is push the clothes back and forth and doesn't seem to really do a decent job of washing. Clothes come out with the same stains as when they went in the washer. I called customer support today because I noticed that when I was washing with hot water the water was just warm and warm water was cold. I waited for the washer to fill and paused it to check the temp and I thought something was wrong with it. Was told that is how it is because of energy efficiency. What kind of crap is that?
