Fantastic Samsung Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am new to the motherboard types of washer and dryers, it has been a great experience so far. The biggest learning curve for us - why didn't the water beginning filling the tub immediately? The washer actually spins to sense and identify the load mass, then calculates the needed washer and time. Only then does the actual water begin to fill. I had to look online to find out tidbit and appreciate the fellow reviewers that had stated so. After our learning curve, we are looking forward to17 Washing cycles. So many options and choices that we've only tested a handful in the week we have had it. Impressive items on the Washer are the WaterJet options (no sink needed), agitator for extra cleaning, and Super Speed Wash, decreasing the overall time. * I love the WaterJet option since a sink is not near the Washing Machine. * The Agitator is doing all as claimed by Samsung. I was able to watch it spin and work through the glass top. Software: SmartThings and Smart Care * SmartThings is a fantastic app. Not only does it provide real time information for your washing cycle, it helps understands all the available configuration options. The User Interface (UI) is very easy to use and follow. The barcode on the physical washer made it super easy for the software installation. * Need help troubleshooting a problem or code? Smart Care is there. It is a very helpful and intuitive user interface. If you still are stuck, support numbers are available in the app. Overall, we are impressed with our initial week of using the Samsung Washer and look forward to utilizing the full suite of options.
Not the best choice, headache washer.
Some time it does not spin correctly or wash cloth properly. Not sufficient water

Love my Samsung appliances

Do Not Buy!
Washer sucks when it comes to spin cycle. I've had my washer a little over 2 years and it takes hours to wash a load due to spin cycle making the washer timer reset. You literally have to stand and babysit the washer.

Bigger and well featured
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Bought it about 2 months ago and cloths get washed well, has enough capacity for bigger family like ours. Also easily wash bigger bedding and comforters easily on it as well.

Worst PRODUCT
Worst washer i have ever had!!! It is horrible does not wash anything well. Always saying off balance you would be better off to just throw the thing then use it.

DO NOT BUY THEIR WASHERS!!!!! They do not work, I can’t even get a load to finish without going unbalanced!!! Even just one little item won’t wash!! My old washer before this one that was old worked sooo better.

Gets Off Balance!
This machine is a JOKE!!!! The clothes constantly get off balance before the spin cycle. It ends up taking 3-4 times longer to wash a load! I wish I had NEVER bought this piece of junk!!!
