Gets Off Balance!

This machine is a JOKE!!!! The clothes constantly get off balance before the spin cycle. It ends up taking 3-4 times longer to wash a load! I wish I had NEVER bought this piece of junk!!!

Won’t stay balanced

2 years old and this washer won’t stay balanced. Rest balance and just goes back to being off balanced can only wash 4 towels at a time. Level ground… don’t waste your money

Do NOT BUY!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR WASHERS!!!!! They do not work, I can’t even get a load to finish without going unbalanced!!! Even just one little item won’t wash!! My old washer before this one that was old worked sooo better.
