Coming from a 3.5 cu.ft Samsung front load washer to this 5.5 cu.ft top load Samsung washer has been a dream change. My wife complained about her back because of having to bend over for the front load, but now is pleased with this top load. I have used it several times as well and it is a joy to use. It's quiet and I appreciate all the features built into it. I especially like the wireless connectivity which lets me know that my load is done since the unit is in the basement and I can't really hear the chime go off. No more damp clothes sitting around until the next day where it has to be washed again! Having the active water jet feature is nice to have, you don't know it until you try it. Being able to pre soak a stain and then use the water jet to help active the stain remover before it goes into the load is helpful (no more using the bin sink and getting water on the floor while you transfer the item to the washer). I've used normal wash, quick wash, and bedding / waterproof setting so far and It uses the correct amount of water needed based on the size of your load. It also appears to give suggestions on wash cycle (temp, rinse, spin) based on that load size. I made some corrections but it was pretty good at determining my needs. My review is based on the model with the impeller. I have been very happy with all my Samsung products in which I have a several. (65" OLED S90D, 65" The Frame TV, Odyssey G8 OLED Ultra wide monitor , washer / drier, Active 2 watch, and Refrigerator)

Have to wash every load on extra water setting cause it never puts enough water in on every other cycle. It's terrible sounds like it's burning up the motor cause no water in laundry.

The description did not say that there is no agitator! I am very disappointed. When I watch the movement of the drum during the wash cycle, it barely moves the clothes around which makes me think my things are not being cleaned very well. It is quiet like the description mentioned, but I would have rather had a 'nosier' machine with an agitator. If you want/need an agitator in your washer, this is not the machine for you.

I have to do every load Deep fill so it fills up with enough water to wash the clothes. Or manually fill with water because if I start a load not on deep fill and try to change deep fill it drains the little water in tub and starts all over.
