It was a great decision, it washes very well ,no complaints about this unit, we've had it since November 2025 and we love it. We love all the smart features aswell. We are very happy we choose this Samsung washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my samsung washer for at least a year now, and i love it. i have 3 dogs so i love that its extra large to get more cleaning done. it only takes at most an hour to wash an extra large load of clothing, or blankets, an hour, which is awesome, so its handy for the says I am in a hurry! the spin cycle is not loud at all, barely any vibrating, its quiet and does not shake really at all. also i love i can set-up my phone with it, yhats pretty handy as well! i love samsung and intend to always choose samsung when possible

Unlike other HE washers we've had, there has really never been any smells coming out of it. It does have a really good self clean cycle and because of the integration to my phone we remember when to run it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoy my new extra large capacity smart top loading washer. It's absolutely amazing at cleaning my clothes. The efficiency is everything though, I seriously have no complaints. I'd give more stars if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With 6 people in our household, we wash towels like crazy. This washer doesn't even blink any eye when washing heavy loads of towels. With the quick wash settings, we can keep our landry clean and fresh in no time.

We went with this particular model because of its x-large capacity, Butt, what is Amazing is how clean my clothes are. The connectivity was basic and very people friendly the efficiency top notch. It does have quick wash features, but I use the regular speed due to my clothes Being so dirty from warehouse work. You really can't go wrong with Samsung.

Readjusting is a pain. I wish a physical manual was given to me. It's only available online. It works with smart things app witch is nice.
