[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has numerous cycle options and even ones you can download though the SmartThings app. I also like that the app will tell you when a cycle is over, so you know when to go switch your clothes around. This is helpful when you don't hear the really long singing chime at the end of a cycle. I really like how clean my clothes are coming out compared to my old washer. This machine is very quiet, and washes load quickly. I am impressed with it so far. It is very user friendly. It is very deep, and I have to use a step stool to reach all the way in to retrieve my items at the end of a cycle, but that is a minor inconvenience. I have had it come unbalanced with my bedding, so I will have to see what the proper size load with that is right for the bedding setting, but otherwise I have had no issues and would recommend this washer. I have three pets and I do think this washer helps to remove the hair off of my clothing.

I bought both and the washer and dryer about a month and I feel like I made the biggest mistake. The washer machine is horrible, no matter the size of the load my clothes are never fully clean! I always have to wash the load twice or more. It’s so frustrating because he takes all day to wash two loads. The dryer is just as bad if not worst. The dryer is overly sensitive, it takes hours to dry a load, which only works if you set it to time dry! Please save your money and shop a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving all of the settings on this washing machine. Clothes are coming out clean and well rinsed. The capacity is INSANE. I recently had house guests and in the span of a week washed linens for 5 beds. Thanks to this washing machine it was no big deal! Love the app notifications. We have a kiddo that has a separate residence on the property and he can put his clothes in and not wonder when they're finished. The app lets him know when it is time to swap them out. Also a very attractive unit. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately it has been many years since I have had a brand new washing machine so this was a bit of a splurge for me. I was a little apprehensive at first but am I glad I took the plunge and made this purchase. It confused me at first that the water didn't immediately start running into the drum but after doing a little research I realized it was calculating how much water to put in for the load that I was washing. I really like that it uses more water as I try my best to be energy conscious and conservative. I love being able to look into the glass lid and see what stage the machine is in. I find it fascinating that the agitator and the drum move in opposite directions. The drum is really large for those big items that I previously had to take to an external laundry. Washing bedspreads and comforters will now be much easier. There are so many different settings but by far my favorite is the presoak option. My roommate is an auto mechanic and his clothes are really stained and dirty when he comes in from work. Washing them now has become a breeze! We no longer have to continue to reset the machine so that they get a good soak. I haven't quite mastered the Smart Things app. That will be a work in process but I look forward to doing more research and learning how to master this machine. I am really pleased with it!

When I purchased this washer it was great. Now the washer is always displaying a U6 imbalance code. The only time my clothes spin out is when there is no clothes or very little clothes in the washer machine. I only have this issue on the last spin cycle.

I don’t even know where to start but this machine is the worst functioning appliance I have ever had. It did not even perform better than some of the cheap washing machines that were in apartment buildings when I used to rent. It constantly tangled clothes no matter how much you spread them out and how little the load. It even damaged and ripped some clothes. It did not handle comforters Well even the lightweight ones when this is supposed to be a large capacity machine. Water would be left at the bottom of the machine and clothes did not spin out well and I didn’t even have the machine halfway full. The last final thing is the electric panel went out and the machine just stopped working I only had it for a couple of years. Thankfully I had a warranty and I am now getting another machine I will be going back to my LG front load brand and buying the same model which I had for 11 years. I gave it away to my children. I am disappointment in Samsung as they used to have quality products I feel like they are now below standard and they really need to improve if they want to be around as a reliable brand. I would not recommend this machine to anyone I really hope there’s an improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressive items on the Washer are the WaterJet options (no sink needed), agitator for extra cleaning, and Super Speed Wash, decreasing the overall time. The biggest learning curve for us was why didn't the water beginning filling the tub immediately? The washer actually spins to sense and identify the load mass, then calculates the needed washer and time. Then the actual water begins. I had to look online to find out tidbit and appreciate the fellow reviewers that had stated so. SmartThings is a fantastic app. Not only does it provide real time information for your washing or dryer cycle, it helps understands all the available configuration options. The User Interface (UI) is very easy to use and follow. The barcode on the physical washer/dryer made it super easy for the software installation. Overall, we are impressed with our initial couple of weeks using the Samsung Washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung dryer has already outperformed my previous dryer by leaps and bounds. The range of settings is pretty amazing. From steaming to lightly drying, to just refreshing; I am loving it all. The large capacity lets me dry my king comforter as well as my child's full week of clothes. The dryer seems effective and efficient. It reduces the need for ironing, which I am all for. I am hoping to try the remaining programs and setting in the upcoming weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung electric dryer has been working non-stop, it seems. We do laundry at least a few times a week, so the dryer has been tested well. It exceeded our expectations. 1. The drying time has been cut immensely. No matter which 'drying level' I choose, the clothes are dry very fast. I like to hang some of my clothes while they are still damp, but with this dryer I didn't get the chance, because the cycle would end so quickly. 2. The number of cycles and variety of options are great for our family. Depending on the fabric, occasion, type of garment, we can choose the appropriate settings that fit our needs. So far, they have all been great. 3. Looks: the dryers stands tall and looks nice. I was worried about the white look, but now I am happy about it. It looks modern and elegant. 4. Dryer's capacity is enormous! Lots of clothing normally would mean lots of separate cycles and time wasted, but with this dryer we save time, money and energy.
