Worst Purchase EVER!!!
One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made! The washer doesn’t fully wash clothes. Full or half loads. Doesn’t matter. Parts of clothing are literally dry when the cycle is done. Also, I’m 5’3….I break my back bending over and trying to reach the clothes at the bottom. And the dryer!!! Is a nightmare! It stops when it senses your laundry is dry. When it’s not all the way dry. And you can’t override its settings.

Worst washing machine ever
The worst washing machine EVER. Can not wash anything without it going off balance. Want to wash one towel? Nope off balance. Want to wash 4 towels? Nope off balance. Basket of laundry? Off balance. Do not buy this washing machine unless you want to spend hours doing any sort of laundry for one load.

Error code dC
6 months after purchase, started showing error code dC, have been an awful experience with customer service and the repair appointements, first two appointments tech came and 5 minutes later said he fixed it, next time I'm gonna use, same error code! On the third appointment the tech didn't even showed up. Terrible experience! No recommended at all!!! You're warned!

Will break in less than 3 months
I’ve had this washer barely 3 months and I keep having issues. won’t drain, won’t switch cycles, tub making grinding noise then stuck in lock position now the door lock not working What happened to Samsung being one of the best appliances out there. Would not reccomend

COMPLETE JUNK (DONT BUY) I bought this washer a little over a year ago and the PBA module failed. Samsung doesn’t sell that part ending in the right part number for my washer nor can I find it anywhere else. My part number is DC92-02965D. The only ones I’m finding end with g,c,f,b. They look the same and have the same plugs but trust me they won’t work ask me how I know. Now I’m stuck buying a new washer and I’m not happy about it. It would be really nice for these manufactures to actually make parts/stock parts they know that’s going to fail like the (pba module) it’s a year old washer like come on get you stuff together Samsung.

Frustrated
Frustrating machine. First, the good. It is big enough to swallow an oversized king comforter and clean it without complaint. The problem is that it is so deep that my 5'2" wife can't reach into the bottom to retrieve small items (it is directly on the floor). The other thing is that the functions are TOO "smart". Sometimes I just want to tell a machine what temperature to wash the clothes and how much. to agitate. In addition, while I like the ability to do multiple rinses, adding them adds a very long time to the wash. 3 rinses makes it take almost 3 hours to finish

Best dryer hands down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase i ever could have made. I love that it comes with so many options to match your needs. My favorite part is the smart mode. I can be anywhere around weather in or out the house and still recieve alerts for when it's finished.
So far so good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer about a month ago, has been working well so far. Does a decent job cleaning my clothes that can get pretty crusty. Dirt bike pants and jerseys come out clean which was a struggle for my other washer. I do have the agitator model which makes a difference.
Don’t buy if you wash bedding…ever.
It has plenty of room inside, but it ALWAYS is unbalanced when we wash ANY bedding no matter what we have tried. We have had the detergent and softener dispenser replaced and several other issues with it. We are on a first name basis with the local tech, that’s how many times he has been out to our house. Software upgrades and a few other issues. This is the worst washer I have ever had.

problems after 3.5 months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Single person so do not do a whole lot of laundry.power is intermittently staying on after cycle complete.tried to do warrenty on line yesterday but got an error.was given # to call.first time was 14 minutes before i got cut off.2nd lady could not understand my problem she kept saying washer not spinning and finally said that she would have service call me so i am waiting on service to call me.
