[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer has some really nice and unigue to me features. The best thing is the push button water tap that adds a faucet to my laundry room. I also really like the see through lid that lets me see whats happening at every washing stage. In addition it has a very high capacity stainless steel drum with an agitator. Its large enough to accomodate any bedding or large bulky items that i need to wash. It also automatically selects the optimum water level necessary for the size of the washload. The controls are easy to use and see. This washer ticks all my boxes and i like it a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately it has been many years since I have had a brand new washing machine so this was a bit of a splurge for me. I was a little apprehensive at first but am I glad I took the plunge and made this purchase. It confused me at first that the water didn't immediately start running into the drum but after doing a little research I realized it was calculating how much water to put in for the load that I was washing. I really like that it uses more water as I try my best to be energy conscious and conservative. I love being able to look into the glass lid and see what stage the machine is in. I find it fascinating that the agitator and the drum move in opposite directions. The drum is really large for those big items that I previously had to take to an external laundry. Washing bedspreads and comforters will now be much easier. There are so many different settings but by far my favorite is the presoak option. My roommate is an auto mechanic and his clothes are really stained and dirty when he comes in from work. Washing them now has become a breeze! We no longer have to continue to reset the machine so that they get a good soak. I haven't quite mastered the Smart Things app. That will be a work in process but I look forward to doing more research and learning how to master this machine. I am really pleased with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has numerous cycle options and even ones you can download though the SmartThings app. I also like that the app will tell you when a cycle is over, so you know when to go switch your clothes around. This is helpful when you don't hear the really long singing chime at the end of a cycle. I really like how clean my clothes are coming out compared to my old washer. This machine is very quiet, and washes load quickly. I am impressed with it so far. It is very user friendly. It is very deep, and I have to use a step stool to reach all the way in to retrieve my items at the end of a cycle, but that is a minor inconvenience. I have had it come unbalanced with my bedding, so I will have to see what the proper size load with that is right for the bedding setting, but otherwise I have had no issues and would recommend this washer. I have three pets and I do think this washer helps to remove the hair off of my clothing.

Piece of junk. It's sooo infurating and frustrating. Always unbalanced when it shouldn't be. It can take several hours to do a load because you have to try to balance it. I feel like I am hand washing the clothes. Do not buy. Piece of crap! Now it says it's washing for 58 minutes instead of the usual 52 minutes. Aghh!! I'm getting rid of it to keep my sanity. Do not buy!

The design of Samsung is not made to last. There are rods in them that break and are not covered by the warranty. Samsung doesn’t tell you this and instead will gives you the run around and then sends a repair tech out that will charge you $170 just for showing up and telling you they can’t do anything about it unless you want to dish out an additional $800 for labor/parts. The washing machine is in fact useless. Samsung is really out here stealing our money. I called Samsung to see if there was anything they can do (issue a credit of the $170) and of course they said no. I even suggested if they could put the $170 towards a new machine for me but they said no to that as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a previous Samsung washing machine I had. This one’s even better. Big tub, very quiet and seems to wash the clothes more efficiently than my old washer. If I had to pick one thing, I didn’t like about it it would be the top portion of the washing machine is plastic. This area you lean on when you’re trying to get clothes in and out and I’m afraid someday it may crack. Other than this, this is a great washing machine that I would definitely Recommend.

The worst washing machine EVER. Can not wash anything without it going off balance. Want to wash one towel? Nope off balance. Want to wash 4 towels? Nope off balance. Basket of laundry? Off balance. Do not buy this washing machine unless you want to spend hours doing any sort of laundry for one load.

6 months after purchase, started showing error code dC, have been an awful experience with customer service and the repair appointements, first two appointments tech came and 5 minutes later said he fixed it, next time I'm gonna use, same error code! On the third appointment the tech didn't even showed up. Terrible experience! No recommended at all!!! You're warned!

Terrible product. It is really pretty- but we have had nothing but problems over the past year of ownership. When I pay the price you’re asking for, I expect a product that does not need to be seen by a certified repair person more than twice. It is still not working and I spend most of the day adjusting the load so that it can spin it dry- it’s primary job. Really disappointed, waste of money.

When I purchased this washer it was great. Now the washer is always displaying a U6 imbalance code. The only time my clothes spin out is when there is no clothes or very little clothes in the washer machine. I only have this issue on the last spin cycle.
