This chair is very comfortable, much better than the $100 Sam;s Club Serta that I replaced. Very easy tool-less assembly. But what is really incredible in this price range and needs to be highlighted is that this La-Z-Boy comes with a full 10 year warranty and that is on the entire chair, not just the mechanical parts. My only negative is that once again Fedex failed to deliver on the day they indicated it would be delivered and the box was almost destroyed due to poor handling. It had major gashes that had been taped up. Fortunately no damage claims were necessary.

First, I'll say that this chair seems well built. It's very easy to assemble (don't even need any tools), and the 10 year warranty is a pretty big selling point, since most chairs I've looked at/tried only have 1 year (if that). However, it's not very comfortable for me. I've tried a lot of chairs in stores in an attempt to find one that's comfortable. I'm 6'2", and apparently they don't make chairs for people of that height. Most of the chairs I sit in are immediately uncomfortable, but even those that aren't uncomfortable right away become uncomfortable after sitting in them for a while. So I figured I'd take a chance on this chair (even though I couldn't try it in store first) based on the numerous reviews that talked about how comfortable it is, and the fact that it even looks very fluffy/comfy. Unfortunately, that's not the case. While it does have a higher back than other chairs I've tried (including a gaming chair I returned because the "headrest" pushed into my upper back), the lumbar support is lacking and I've had to use a small pillow at my lower back to compensate. That's not so big of a deal, but the real issue is the front of the seat. It is stiffer and larger than the rear part of the seat (which is comfortable) and so it pushes against the bottom of my legs while I sit. After a while, that gets pretty annoying. At this point, I'm hoping that it "breaks in" eventually and becomes more pliable and less uncomfortable, but for now, I'll just have to deal with it. I can't seem to find any chairs that aren't a pain to sit in.

I bought this chair because of the weight it can support, this is by far the most comfortable office chair I have ever used. It's wider, plusher, and sturdier than chairs I have purchased at 5's the price. One of my employees loved it so much I had to purchase one to avoid coming into work to my chair being stolen.

I needed a new desk chair as mine had seen better days, wheels and other items not well. Saw this Lazy Boy at Sam's Club and tried out. Wow! Comfortable and nice looking. Bought it brought home. Assembled in about 5 minutes, big items are already together. Ht, tilt, and swivel features are positive and feel right. The buttons on the arms allow the seat back to recline fwd for storage or movement. Chair is rated for 350 lbs, I weigh about 190, and it works well for me. Wheels do work on hardwood, tile, and carpet equally well. Mates up to my desk well. It looks great and sits great. Thanks Lazy Boy and Sam's Club!

Breaking down after 3 months, granted I sit in this thing a lot, but still....3 months?! The back keeps popping out of the pins, arm rests are loose.

It's wide enough for me husband and I'm smaller than he is so for me it's like sitting in Daddy's chair but we both love it as it is soooo comfortable!
