I love everything about this chair except for the fact that it sinks when I sit on it. I weigh 212 lbs. so it can't be that I weigh too much. We have tighten everything and it still continues to sink! Please, somebody help me!

hydraulic piston broke after only 6 weeks - the chair was very comfortable but after only 6 weeks the cylinder failed and it would not stay in the risen position. Returned it to Sam's and will look elsewhere for a good chair.

Best computer chair I've ever owned. I returned my gaming chair for this and it was the best thing I've ever done. Don't buy if you aren't 6ft or taller though. Your feet will he dangling

Not only is it a comfortable, well made, sturdy office chair at a fantastic price, but I had it assembled it less than five minutes. I went to my office on Saturday morning to put it together and had the rest of the morning to myself.

Love it! It was easy to put together also very great instructions and took literally 10 mins to put together. The packaging was a bit tough to get open but there is a reason for it being so. It was because the item arrived in pristine condition inside the well packaged box.

I moved recently, and went to replace my office chair. I've had good luck with chairs from Sam's, and my previous one I'd had for something like 8 years. I purchased this chair on 13 March, and here it is, 20 Aug, and the cylinder won't stay raised for more than 20 minutes at a time. I'm a tall guy, and the chair works great - at full height. Once it collapses down, however, it becomes super uncomfortable for me. Not sure if I just got a bad cylinder or what. Most of the rest of the chair is great, but the cylinder is making it unusable for me.

I bought this chair about 5 years ago. It was great till the other day my left arm brock I thought that a screw came lose but not. Sad thing is I can't find my receipt. This lasted longer then any chair I had before. I need to find my receipt foe this chair has a 10 year warranty
