I have had this chair for less than three years and the material began peeling off the seat and arm rests within the first year. It now looks awful since about one-third of the covering has peeled off. The material is cheap and will flake off pretty quickly, so I would not advise purchasing this product.

Bought this chair years ago, last week back support came out look like weak frame as it broke off .i Weigh around 200 LB so way under their support limit. I try to contact lazyboy ,enter my area code there is no support available contacted sams they are redirecting to lazyboy. I am not sure what needs to be done to fix it. as Nuts which hold the back support to base and side of frame breaks. was comfartable when worked.

Leading up to the plate cracking, the chair is not sturdy. I purchased this in September 2020, and the plate cracked in May 2022. So it lasted 20 months. It always felt like it was going to tip over. Pay a little extra and get a better-quality chair.

I never thought I could love again until I sat in this chair. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I bought 3 other office chairs before I finally came along to THE BEST! The others were a bit of a job putting together this was EASY AS PIE!!! I mean there is NOTHING TO IT! It's all together besides 4 knob bolts that you just literally turn in. You don't even need the little wrench they give you. Don't know what that is for but I'll keep it. This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR I have ever sat in. I'm 67 years old and have a bad lower back, upper back to neck area also hurts all the time. This will definitely help. So GLAD I SPENT THE BUCKS and bought this one. YAHOO!

I absolutely love this chair. It's comfortable and plush as described. My only concern is that its not as sturdy as I thought it would be, being a La-Z-Boy product. It rocks a little but it still has great features. The fact that the back of the seat folds down and I can put my chair underneath my desk is the best. I think this particular chair would be best for a one person use. I don't think it will last long if multiple people are using it. Other than that its a nice chair for the price.

December 2018: I bought this from Sams Club. Very comfy! October 2021: The base broke where it attaches to the piston. This was replaced under the warranty. Weight limit of the chair is 350#. I weigh a lot less than that. December 2021: The leather is peeling where by back rests against the chair. Have not called them about this yet. Feb 2022: One of the plastic wheels broke off. I'm going to call Monday and see if they will replace it. And what they will do about the peeling leather.

It was a bit scary buying this chair sight unseen, but we absolutely love it!
