This chair used to be GREAT. It was full of filling. I have bought 6 of these in the past. The last one was a little off but ok. This one however is AWFUL. The back to this thing is FLAT, as in I feel the wood frame after 2 days. I have reached out via email to the company that makes it and still no response. Maybe a true but negative review on their product will get them to reach out. I would return for refund, but with COVID-19 & the size of this thing, I can't. I really want to. AWFUL!

3 months and still not fixed. I purchased a chair from Sam's Club in August with the intent to use it immediately. The chair is completely unusable. The back cushion was marked with a large "X" in silver permanent marker and the seat plate with the hydraulics would not work at all. The chair falls completely to the floor and will not adjust. I contacted customer service the day after my purchase and I STILL have no resolution. I first was sent only the seat plate - which also still does not function correctly. Then after 3 months, I was sent the seat cushion back. How do you expect me to remove the previous seat cushion when they came attached from the manufacturer? I would be forced to rip apart the chair just to put the back cushion on and it STILL would not be usable and is unsafe. I am very angry at purchasing a chair for a large amount of money that I am unable to use and have been getting the run around by the horrible and unresponsive customer service from True Innovations. Would definitely not recommend.

I have had this chair for less than three years and the material began peeling off the seat and arm rests within the first year. It now looks awful since about one-third of the covering has peeled off. The material is cheap and will flake off pretty quickly, so I would not advise purchasing this product.

There is no cushion left in the back, bottom or arm rests after only 6 months. Chairs should last years not months. Warranty wants pictures but lack of cushion is hard to show. They have stated it will take 6-8 weeks for a replacement back. Waiting for confirmation that base cushion will be included. Lucky I still have my old chair. Wish I could get my money back instead.

Superb office chair

This is not a La-Z-Boy chair. It is a True Innovation chair; packaged under the La-Z-Boy brand name. Should you have problems with this chair and call La-Z-Boy you will be redirect to True Innovations customer service department. Do not expect help from True Innovations: They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware.

The height adjustment mechanism was missing and didn't work from day one. I'm 6', 200 and bought this because of the weight support suggested. And I do mean suggested. Had it for a few months and it began to tilt, squeak, etc. Had to add my own extra cushion. My 3rd and last Serta anything.

Bought this chair years ago, last week back support came out look like weak frame as it broke off .i Weigh around 200 LB so way under their support limit. I try to contact lazyboy ,enter my area code there is no support available contacted sams they are redirecting to lazyboy. I am not sure what needs to be done to fix it. as Nuts which hold the back support to base and side of frame breaks. was comfartable when worked.

This is not worth your time and money. I bought this chair in May 2019 and fixed it for use in December 2019, I barely used it since the chair is in my bedroom. I weight 246lbs and while sitting on the chair I heard a snap, one of the support attached to a wheel broke midway and the chair has only four wheels instead of five. I bought a mat for the chair so it doesn't roll on carpet. This chair was advertised as big and tall with a 350lb weight limit, so how can the support be made from flimsy easily breakable material. I have used this chair approximately 5 times. The other aspect is contacting True innovation. The first time I called I started as caller number 18, I held on and when it got to caller number 4 the phone was disconnected from their end. I called back, the second time around I am caller number 24, I stayed on hold and when I got to caller number 3, the phone was disconnected from their end. This has happened on 4 different times after long waits. I called Sam's Club help desk and they were more receptive and are trying to mitigate this problem. At least for being receptive and answering my call, thanks Sam's Club.

I never thought I could love again until I sat in this chair. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I bought 3 other office chairs before I finally came along to THE BEST! The others were a bit of a job putting together this was EASY AS PIE!!! I mean there is NOTHING TO IT! It's all together besides 4 knob bolts that you just literally turn in. You don't even need the little wrench they give you. Don't know what that is for but I'll keep it. This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR I have ever sat in. I'm 67 years old and have a bad lower back, upper back to neck area also hurts all the time. This will definitely help. So GLAD I SPENT THE BUCKS and bought this one. YAHOO!
