paid $250 just over a year ago. First time I broke the steel on the bottom of the chair. They were very helpful and replaced it for free. I have now broken the right side of the replacement chair. It appears to be wood on the inside which split. I am 6'6" 295lbs and obviously things break for me. The chair is large and well suited for a big and tall person. I can't give less than 2 chairs because it is otherwise a good chair until it breaks.

I have had this chair for less than three years and the material began peeling off the seat and arm rests within the first year. It now looks awful since about one-third of the covering has peeled off. The material is cheap and will flake off pretty quickly, so I would not advise purchasing this product.

The height adjustment mechanism was missing and didn't work from day one. I'm 6', 200 and bought this because of the weight support suggested. And I do mean suggested. Had it for a few months and it began to tilt, squeak, etc. Had to add my own extra cushion. My 3rd and last Serta anything.

This is not worth your time and money. I bought this chair in May 2019 and fixed it for use in December 2019, I barely used it since the chair is in my bedroom. I weight 246lbs and while sitting on the chair I heard a snap, one of the support attached to a wheel broke midway and the chair has only four wheels instead of five. I bought a mat for the chair so it doesn't roll on carpet. This chair was advertised as big and tall with a 350lb weight limit, so how can the support be made from flimsy easily breakable material. I have used this chair approximately 5 times. The other aspect is contacting True innovation. The first time I called I started as caller number 18, I held on and when it got to caller number 4 the phone was disconnected from their end. I called back, the second time around I am caller number 24, I stayed on hold and when I got to caller number 3, the phone was disconnected from their end. This has happened on 4 different times after long waits. I called Sam's Club help desk and they were more receptive and are trying to mitigate this problem. At least for being receptive and answering my call, thanks Sam's Club.

Bought this chair from Sams club. Prompt delivery. Unfortunately it has broken plastic casing on the bottom which adjusts the tilting mechanism and broken side arm rest screw caps. Tried calling customer service several times and could not reach any one. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Regret purchasing this chair. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

I never thought I could love again until I sat in this chair. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I bought 3 other office chairs before I finally came along to THE BEST! The others were a bit of a job putting together this was EASY AS PIE!!! I mean there is NOTHING TO IT! It's all together besides 4 knob bolts that you just literally turn in. You don't even need the little wrench they give you. Don't know what that is for but I'll keep it. This is THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR I have ever sat in. I'm 67 years old and have a bad lower back, upper back to neck area also hurts all the time. This will definitely help. So GLAD I SPENT THE BUCKS and bought this one. YAHOO!

I am kinda fluffy and retired. I am sedentary more than is good for me. Having set the stage, I have tried several chairs to replace the one that is wearing out. Had not found one that I could sit in for any length of time, until this chair. I believe they could call it a 24/7 chair without exaggeration. I tried some designated that way and they didn't work for me. This chair is a answer to Prayers. Don't hesitate especially at this price. I am considering buying another and put in storage till needed. That would save me a lot of misery.

I bought this chair because it was rated for 350lbs and I weigh 200lbs. I wanted something that would last longer than previous office chairs did. The first one of these I bought was defective out of the box - the armrest was cracked clean in half. If they're made out of metal, you could have fooled me - some of the cheapest material I've ever seen. I got a replacement the next day and it was OK for about 6 months. Then I noticed any time I would lean myself against the back of the chair even a little there'd be a loud "pop" noise. It started getting worse and I found the problem yesterday. The spring loaded metal peg that slides in to "assemble" the chair has completely eaten away at whatever cheap material the armrest is made of. That causes it to not lock in place anymore, and the slightest amount of force makes it slip. I've dealt with True Innovations before and didn't feel like waiting for things to be shipped to my house, so I took the chair back to Sam's Club today for a replacement. They couldn't find another one in the club so they let me have a different chair. We'll see how long it lasts, but it's also made by True Innovations. I'm pretty sure almost every office chair at this point is made by them, which is unfortunate. It seems like they use the cheapest material possible, with designs that somehow always seem to have some fatal flaw that causes the chair to break prematurely.

I had the chair for a year. First off the back of the chair leans to far back and the bottom tilts down, causing me to slide forward. Secondly the fake leather on the arm rest is cracking very bad. I am only 170 pounds, so I am not over the weight limit. I would not recommend the chair to anyone. It is not made by Lazy Boy. If I knew that I would have never bought it.

This chair has 4 major problems: 1) made with cheap wood inside the chair seat that cracks after leaning back on the chair several times 2) Faux Leather near ends of arm grips flakes off from normal use 3) Silver pray paint does not adhere to the metal and easily scratches and separates from metal with fingernail. 4) Loosens up after a while sitting on (no loctite) (hex screws in arm rests) If you are a big and tall guy that only weigh 90 pounds, and you bite your fingernails, this chair is for you - otherwise beware of buying it.
