Amazing Chair

This chair used to be GREAT. It was full of filling. I have bought 6 of these in the past. The last one was a little off but ok. This one however is AWFUL. The back to this thing is FLAT, as in I feel the wood frame after 2 days. I have reached out via email to the company that makes it and still no response. Maybe a true but negative review on their product will get them to reach out. I would return for refund, but with COVID-19 & the size of this thing, I can't. I really want to. AWFUL!

I've had this chair for less then 2 month and the seat feels like it leans to one side and has a wobble. All the hand screws that fasten the bottom are as tight as I can get them and when looking at the chair it's noticeable that it does lean. Very disappointed since it's Lazy Boy branded. Thought it would be much more reliable.

The "leatheret" or whatever it is they used for the seat and arms starts cracking and falling off in a very short time. I wrote to Lay-Z-Boy and they replaced the arms, but wouldn't do anything for the seat. The arms are falling apart again. Do not buy this chair, it's junk!

It's a nice chair. I've owned two and both had a single issue that would easily be addressed by adding a note to the manual. After putting the chair together remove the screw cap on each arm rest and tighten the screw with the included Allen wrench. If you don't, you'll probably notice the arms or back of chair popping out of place from time to time.

I've had this chair and am already not happy... 1st this chair is not made by La Z Boy 2nd the right side of chair has a faulty side arm locking mechanism 3rd site says it is rated to 350lbs... it already has non responding memory foam that results in an indentation being left although Even though I am 6' 4", I weigh over 100 lbs less than its stated capacity 4th I will return this chair to Sam's tomorrow. I have 30 days to do so under my states law.

Entire chair started leaning to one side 13 months later. Here is there response Your chair does have a 10 year Limited warranty. The limited part of the warranty is in regards to upholstery, which include the back cushion, the seat cushion, and the armrests. Those parts of your chair are covered for a year from the purchase date. The mechanical parts of your chair(seat plate, gas lift, base, casters, hardware kits) are covered for 10 years from the purchase date.
