Love quality and quantity

The top meat was great but the stuff on the bottom was dark in color and very grisly. Very disappointed

There were nice chunks on top but slivers underneath. About 1 3/4 lbs. in total. It was kind of disappointing because the chunks were beautiful.

Hidden under the lean meat was a lot of fat. I weighed the fat I removed and it was over half a pound.

Very very tough Angus meat. After Boiled/Cooked for 6 hours and still very tough to chew. Very disappointed in Sams Beefs.

I did not even have to slice into cube. It's already done. Perfect for quick beef stew in my instant pot.

Used for Beef Vegetable soup. Meet was mostly tender. Few pieces moderately tough. Over all I would purchase again

Been buying this for years. The last 2 times I had it delivered threw out 30% in trimming the fat off. Total disappointment.

This wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. It actually weighed in under the total and had a little too much fat for my purposes.
