We enjoyed this meat. There were a few pieces that were very large and had to be cut smaller or I would have given 5 stars.

Aged beyond what the Sell By Date would suggest

Bought and freeze immediately, once I defrosted realized there was a hole in the packaging and meat was spoiled

I was disappointed with the tenderness of the meat. However low and slow I cooked it, it was still tough.

Used for Beef Vegetable soup. Meet was mostly tender. Few pieces moderately tough. Over all I would purchase again

There were nice chunks on top but slivers underneath. About 1 3/4 lbs. in total. It was kind of disappointing because the chunks were beautiful.

They were good. I made beef fried rice.
