Regular choice beef is nearly the price of top Prime. Getting very expensive for the regular quality.

Hidden under the lean meat was a lot of fat. I weighed the fat I removed and it was over half a pound.

Hamburger meat has gone up in price this is still a good deal on the amount you get compared to regular grocery stores

Used for Beef Vegetable soup. Meet was mostly tender. Few pieces moderately tough. Over all I would purchase again

We enjoyed this meat. There were a few pieces that were very large and had to be cut smaller or I would have given 5 stars.

This stew beef has great flavor. It does not break into mush when cooked in a slow cooker. We love it.

Excellent meat but pieces are big. Had a big strip of meat not cut up and pieces are big. I cut a lot into 1/4 size for stew.
