Nice lean meat! We made meat stew and soup and it was really tender (if you know how to cook it). Very impressed!

Made crockpot chili with this stew meat. A little bit of trimming was necessary, but the meat was nice and tender.

I'm picky about my meat. I found Sam's has good quality meat at reasonable price per pound. My family is very happy with the meals.

Way too chewy. Hi simmer this on low and even the next day it was very tough meat. Sam’s Club can do much better.

Pieces were well trimmed and cooked up very tender. I would have preferred them to be smaller pieces though.
