The pieces of this stew meat were cut a bit too small for my liking. There was too much fat and some gristle as well.

Good, but a little tough. I would definitely use this in a pressure cooker or a broil. I would not pan fry as it comes out rubbery.

Has good flavor and the right amount of fat. Some of the pieces could be a little smaller but well worth the price

I will order again. I can't usually afford beef, but this was used in 3 different meals and no waste on fat.

Excellent cut beef tips. Minimal fat, I didn’t need to trim a thing. Made beef tips & mashed potatoes tonight. So good.

I like that the stew meat is a compilation of many types of beef but when you get a package with a outing "tough" meat it's disappointing

usually this meat is very good , but the last one about is extremely tough, even after slow cooking. was very disappointed with it.
