Excellent cut beef tips. Minimal fat, I didn’t need to trim a thing. Made beef tips & mashed potatoes tonight. So good.

Shrinks to 40% original size. I expect some shrinkage, but this is strange. Must be injected with something.

The pieces of this stew meat were cut a bit too small for my liking. There was too much fat and some gristle as well.

Good quality. A bit pricy so you want to be careful in picking the package you purchase. Some packages contain a lot of fat.
