This was my first time trying this particularly product. I have been enjoying it. Will get it again. It was perfect for the soup and stew.

It was lean, put it in my instant pot with veggies and cooked up a beef soup. Better price than at my grocery store, and leaner.

Excellent meat product. I remove the little bit of fat on the meat. But I use it in about every meat dish I prepare.

Very lean, good cut of meat. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price was a little expensive but I guess it was worth it in the end.

Good, but a little tough. I would definitely use this in a pressure cooker or a broil. I would not pan fry as it comes out rubbery.

The pieces of this stew meat were cut a bit too small for my liking. There was too much fat and some gristle as well.

Love buying this freezing half and using in my fall and winter stews. Great quality. I cut a little smaller brown it and always is tender
